المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مجالات التطوع وأبعاده التربوية في رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030. واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي (تحليل المحتوى). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: جاء ترتيب المجالات الثلاثة الأولى على التوالي (التعليمي والثقافي) (الاقتصادي وريادة الأعمال) (الاجتماعي والأسري) وهذا يظهر عناية الرؤية بركائز التنمية المجتمعية وبالعمل التطوعي ومجالاته وأبعاده التربوية. كما أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع تكرار تعزيز الهوية الإسلامية والقيمية، وكذلك عناية الرؤية بالمنهج الإسلامي، وتنمية وسلامة المجتمع، والتمكين المعلوماتي والعناية بالتعليم والثقافة ومنها ثقافة العمل التطوعي، والعناية بزيادة فرص العمل؛ مما يعكس العناية التنموية الاقتصادية والعلمية والتقنية مع تعزيز الأصالة والانتماء الوطني. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن ترتيب الأبعاد التربوية للعمل التطوعي يعكس تحديا يواجه المؤسسات الرسمية المعنية بذلك البعد أو المجال وضرورة العمل لإيجاد آليات تخطيطية وتقنية وبشرية تعمل على تفعيل تلك الأبعاد في ضوء المتغيرات ومواجهة التحديات لمواكبة التنمية. ومن أبرز توصيات الدراسة - ضرورة تبني مكاتب ومراكز تحقيق الرؤية في الجهات الحكومية والأهلية المعنية بالتوعية بالرؤية وما تضمنته من أهداف ومجالات للعمل التطوعي وإعداد أدلة إجرائية لممارسة العمل التطوعي. وأن تقوم مؤسسات التعليم كالمدارس والمعاهد والجامعات على وجه الخصوص بتبني خططا طموحة للعمل التطوعي تستهدف الطلبة للإفادة من طاقاتهم وتطبيع العمل التطوعي في نفوسهم.

The aim of the study was to identify the fields of volunteering and its educational dimensions in the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030. The analytical descriptive approach was used (content analysis). The results of the study showed the following: The ranking of the first three fields respectively (educational and cultural) (economic and entrepreneurship) (social and family) and this shows the interest of the vision of the pillars of community development and volunteer work and its areas and educational dimensions. The results also show the high frequency of strengthening Islamic identity and values, as well as the interest of the vision in the Islamic approach, the development and safety of society, information empowerment and interest in education and culture, including the culture of volunteer work and the interest in increasing employment opportunities. The results of the study showed that the arrangement of the educational dimensions of volunteer work reflects a challenge facing the official institutions concerned with this dimension or field and the necessity of working to find planning, technical and human mechanisms that activate these dimensions in the light of the changes and meet the challenges to keep pace with development. The most important recommendations of the study include the following. First, it is necessary to adopt the offices and centers to achieve the vision in the governmental and public bodies concerned with awareness of the vision and the included goals and areas of volunteer work and the preparation of procedural manuals for the exercise of volunteer work. Second, the educational institutions such as schools, institutes and universities in particular are recommended to adopt ambitious plans for volunteer work aimed at students to take advantage of their energies and normalize volunteer work in them.
