The research paper is aims to re- describe analysis and interpret the root causes and circumstance factors, leading to decreasing lately policies and strategies performance to combating drugs in the Sudan. The research paper trying to answer the basic question is: what the reasons of policies and strategies lately fail to completely combating drugs in the Sudan? What are quantitative & qualitative indicators to measuring being agreed to assessing the efforts and activities to combating the drugs in the Sudan? The paper relies on specific hypothesis that is: the absence of effective communication, coordination among the efforts and activities legally, socially, and economically, healthy, media is to lead spreading the drugs in community. The research paper is trying to answering that is questions through integrative several methods that includes descriptive analysis, comparative, historical method and content analysis. The research paper is come to essential conclusions, that compose of, the lack of effective communication & coordination between institutions of law enforcement, beside social and economic, health structures is lead to decreasing the performance of that policies and strategies to combating the drugs in the Sudan, the main cause of that situation is scattering fragile strategic weakness in the efforts, activities and programs taking to combating the drugs in the country. So the research paper is concluded several recommendations to resolve the weakness areas through building the integrative national strategy to combating the drugs in the Sudan.
