المستخلص: Cette recherche s’appuie sur une démarche descriptive qui vise à utiliser un outil d’aide à l’explicitation (le guide d’entretien) qui peut aider les jeunes peu qualifiés dans leur travail d’autoréflexion sur l’analyse de leurs activités. L’objectif était de tester la pertinence de ce guide d’entretien utilisé pour interviewer six jeunes décrocheurs libanais - en difficulté scolaire, sociale et sans qualification professionnelle - et pour recueillir et analyser la parole recueillie à l’aide d’une grille d’analyse inspirée par la théorie sociale cognitive. Nous montrons en quoi la théorie sociale cognitive fournit un cadre pertinent pour l’élaboration d’interventions d’aide à l’orientation avec des jeunes en phase de construction d’un projet professionnel.

This research is based on a descriptive approach, which aims to use an explanation aid tool (the interview guide) which can help low-skilled young people in their work of self-reflection on the analysis of their activities. The objective was to test the relevance of this interview guide used to interview six young Lebanese dropouts - with academic and social difficulties and without professional qualifications - and to collect and analyze the collected speech using an analysis grid inspired by social cognitive theory. We show how social cognitive theory provides a relevant framework for the development of guidance assistance interventions with young people in the construction phase of a professional project.
