المستخلص: This paper aims to analyze the impact of oil price fluctuations on the economies of some Arab countries. This is why the economic performance of these countries and their response to oil fluctuations and their ability to enhance economic stability are presented.
The study concluded that some Arab countries were subjected to many oil shocks and volatility, and the treatment of these economies varied greatly. It worked on adopting a number of structural reform programs and fiscal and monetary policies aimed at addressing the imbalances in the economic performance of these countries and increasing their capacity levels to counteract oil price volatility to maintain economic stability.

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على اقتصاديات بعض الدول العربية، ولهذا تم عرض واقع الأداء الاقتصادي لهذه الدول ومدى تجاوبها مع التذبذبات النفطية وقدرتها على تعزيز الاستقرار الاقتصادي.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه تعرضت بعض الدول العربية للعديد من الصدمات والتقلبات النفطية، وقد تباين بشكل كبير تعامل هذه الاقتصاديات معها، فعملت على تبني عدد من برامج إصلاح هيكلية وسياسات مالية ونقدية استهدفت علاج أوجه الخلل في الأداء الاقتصادي لهذه الدول وزيادة مستويات قدرتها على مواجهة تقلبات أسعار النفط بهدف الحفاظ على الاستقرار الاقتصادي.

Le présent document vise à analyser l'impact des fluctuations des prix du pétrole sur les économies de certains pays arabes. Pour cela nous présentons la réalité de la performance économique de ces pays par rapport aux fluctuations du pétrole et leur capacité à promouvoir la stabilité économique.
L'étude a conclu que certains pays arabes ont subi des chocs dus aux fluctuations du pétrole; par conséquent il s’est avéré qu’il existe une grande différence dans le traitement de cette situation dans chaque pays.
Ces économies ont adopté un certain nombre de programmes sur les réformes structurelles et financières, afin de remédier au déséquilibre de la performance économique de ces pays et d'accroître leur capacité pour faire face aux fluctuations des prix du pétrole et maintenir la stabilité économique.
