المستخلص: Undoubtedly the works on Contemporary Issues are firm pillars that assure the validity of Shari’ah for all times and places. Because of the practical jurisprudence that it holds and a real picture of the events and developments that Muslim societies have experienced and how intelligent jurists treated with these developments and innovations with a flexible, visionary discretionary spirit and a unique encyclopedic look. Based on this holistic conception of the calamities’ jurisprudence -through various eras- of pioneering roles ups in the development and prosperity of the movement of Ijtihad and fatwa, we have meant in our search to explore a bright side of this jurisprudence among Moroccan Maliki Jurirsts, a definition and a compilation and an arrangement of the most important sources, with reference to the models of calamities “Al-Miʿyārul Muʿrib”, by Imam Al-Wansharisi (D. 914 AH), which is included in one chapter, And studying it in a fundamentalist historical and constructional way. It was then appended by a bibliographic inventory in which we completed our effort to survey the books of the Moroccan calamities, which were written in the fifth to fifteenth century Hijri era.
