المستخلص: يقصد هذا البحث إلى ضبط مفهوم الانتصار ومفرداته؛ كأحد مفاتيح البحث عن البرامج التي تندرج تحت مفهوم الانتصار، ثم الوقوف مع أهمية دور الإعلام في الانتصار للقرآن بأدواته ووسائله المتنوعة؛ خاصة المعاصرة منها، ثم رصد وجود برامج الانتصار للقرآن في الفضائيات السعودية، ومن ثم دراسة واقع الانتصار في تلكم القنوات والبرامج التي وقف عليها، وذكر المأمول منها؛ للنهوض بالانتصار إلى مستوى يتناسب مع دور الأمة في مواجهة أكبر التحديات في رد الشبهات حول الإسلام وكتابه العظيم، وحجم تلك الافتراءات. وذلك باستخدام المنهج الاستقرائي بتتبع دلائل اهتمام الإعلام بالانتصار للقرآن، ثم تتبع الفضائيات السعودية، وبرامج الانتصار للقرآن فيها، ومن ثم المنهج الوصفي في عرض برامج الانتصار للقرآن في هذه القنوات، ثم المنهج النقدي لإبراز واقع هذا البرامج، والخروج بالمأمول في ضوء ما يكشف عنه الواقع من قصور. وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج، أبرزها: لم يتوافق واقع برامج الانتصار مع رؤى القنوات وأهدافها، وحدثت فجوة بين الهدف الرئيس للقنوات المتمثل بإبراز الصورة الحقيقية للإسلام ورد الشبهات عنه، وبين تحقيق هذا الهدف وفق برامج صريحة متخصصة للجزء الثاني من الهدف وهو رد الشبهات. وانقدحت عن الدراسة جملة من التوصيات: هي منظومة من الإجراءات يؤمل من الفضائيات اتخاذها لإبراز دورها في خدمة الانتصار للقرآن من أهمها: إقامة ملتقيات للعاملين في الفضائيات، أو ندوات ومؤتمرات متخصصة كصور للتنسيق بينها تبحث في تأسيس برامج الانتصار وتطويرها، وتمكن من المراقبة للجودة وتقييم الأداء، وتبادل الخبرات. وأن تتوافر وحدات الرصد والمتابعة في الفضائيات ويتم التعاون بينها لحصر الشبهات وإحكام الرد. وأن تتنوع الشرائح المستهدفة لبرامج الانتصار، جنسا وعمرا.

Thanks God, Lord of Entire Worlds, and Peace be on his Prophet, Master of Messengers, Mohammad. The aim of this study is to control the meaning of supporting the Noble Quran and its vocabularies as one of the key words used in programs that can be classified as talking about victory, then, to examine the importance of media in supporting the Noble Quran using the different tools and instruments, especially, modern ones. The study also surveyed the most prevalent programs supporting the Noble Quran in the Saudi satellite channels. Finally, the study studied the status quo d the discourse used in the Noble Quran, and identify the desired status to raise the levels of supporting to higher levels conforming to the nation role in facing the most significant challenges in refuting skeptics and claims about Islam, its great book and the size of these false claims. The study employed the inferential approach by tracing the supporting positions of the media tools towards the Noble Quran, by analyzing the programs broadcasted by the Saudi satellite channels. Furthermore, the study employed the descriptive design by reviewing the programs supporting the Noble Quran in these channels. Finally, the study used critical approach to clarify the position of these programs, and to recommend an optimal position. The study concluded with some results, the most important was that the Noble Quran supporting programs od not conform to the visions and objectives of the satellite channel as there was a gap between the main objective of the satellite channel represented by clarifying the true image of Islam, refuting the skeptics surrounding Islam. The need for more specialized programs was evident to refute the skeptics about Islam. The study suggested some recommendations, including the development of certain procedures able to raise levels of Noble Quran support by the Saudi satellite channels, and these included: Organizing specialized conferences, seminars and workshops to increase coordination between the workers in these satellite channels. and Developing survey units to watch and monitor the programs broadcasted on Saudi satellite channels. And Developing supporting programs targeting different populations.
