|a We show the product of EP matrices with an update normal matrices. We characterize the geometry of the numerical range of linear pencils matrices and matrix polynomials. The ranges of normal with subnormal operators and the ratio numerical ranges of operators are shown. The roots and logarithms of elements of a complex algebra and a normal operator are determined. The normal and commuting operator exponentials are given. The semi groups and EP linear transformations and the characterization behavior of normal, hyponormal and EP operators are discussed. We study the compression of linearly independent selfadjoint operators and show the formation of the operator equation eA = eB.
