المستخلص: نظرا للأهمية التي باتت تحظى ها المشاريع المصغرة في استراتيجيات التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وبالنظر إلى المشاكل والمعوقات التي تعترضها، وبالخصوص مشكل التمويل نظرا لخصوصياتها، الأمر اللي يحد من تنميتها وتطورها، تحاول هذه الدراسة تبيان دور المصارف الإسلامية في تلبية الاحتياجات التمويلية للمشاريع المصغرة. إذ تهدف إلى توضيح أهمية المصارف الإسلامية في دعم قطاع المشاريع المصغرة بالارتكاز على دراسة وتقييم الدور الذي يلعبه بنث البركة الجزائري في هذا المجال، كما تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي في الدراسة لتوضيح مختلف المفاهيم والتعاريف المقدمة واستخدام الأدوات الإحصائية الملائمة لتحليل مجموعة البيانات والمعلومات التي وردت في الدراسة.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المصارف الإسلامية تلعب دورا هاما في تمويل المشاريع المصغرة من حلال الأدوات والصيغ المتوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية والملائمة لطبيعة هذه المشاريع، كما أن لبنك البركة الجزائري إسهامات في إتاحة التمويل لهده المشاريع، بالرغم من ضآلة مساهماته إلا أنه يبقي متميزا في هدا المجال في الجزائر.


Vu l’importance revêtue par les mini-projets dans les stratégies de développement économique et social, et au vu des problèmes et obstacles qu’ils rencontrent, notamment le problème de leur financement, ce qui limite leur développement et évolution, on a jugé utile de traiter de ce sujet. Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence l’importance des banques islamiques dans le soutien du secteur des mini-projets en examinant le rôle joué par la banque al baraka d’Algérie dans ce domaine. Afin de développer les différents concepts et définitions abordés dans cette étude, on a adopté l’approche descriptive analytique, en utilisant les différents outils statistiques adéquats pour l’analyse de l’ensemble des données et informations.
On conclut de cette étude, que les banques islamiques jouent un rôle primordiale dans le financement des mini- projets, grâce à leurs outils et dispositifs islamiques conformes à la chariaa et adaptés aux spécificités de ces projets. Dans ce cadre, la banque al baraka d’Algérie contribue considérablement dans le financement de ces projets, mais cette contribution reste faible, néanmoins cette banque demeure remarquable dans ce domaine.


Given the importance that microenterprises have in economic and social development strategies and in view of the problems and constraints they face, especially the problem of financing due to their specificities, which limits their development and growth, this study attempts to show the role of Islamic banks in meeting the Financing needs for micro-enterprise. Aiming to clarify the importance of Islamic banks in supporting the microenterprise sector, based on the study and evaluation of the role played by AlBaraka Bank of Algeria in this field, The descriptive-analytical approach was also used in the study to clarify the various concepts and definitions presented and to use appropriate statistical tools to analyze the data set and information contained in the study.
The study concluded that Islamic banks play an important role in financing micro-enterprise through instruments and formulas that are compatible with the provisions of the Islamic Shariah and appropriate to the nature of these projects. Al-Baraka Bank of Algeria also has contributions in providing funding for these projects, although its contributions are minimal, it remains outstanding in Algeria.
