الحكم على المغاير، المختلف معي في العقيدة أو المذهب أو الفكر أو المنهج، أو غير ذلك، ليس بالأمر الهين اليسير، بل تحكمه ضوابط وقواعد، جاءت بها الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء، وسلك سبيلها وطبقها علي أرض الواقع حتى أصبحت واقعاً ملموساً، أولئك الدعاة الذين أوتوا بصيرة في العلم وبسطة في الفهم، لذا جمع الدعاة بين الترغيب والترهيب، والإنذار والتبشير، دون اتهام للآخر بكفر أو ردة أو جنوح أو غير ذلك، عمدتهم في ذلك الحكمة والموعظة الحسنة والجدال بالتي هي أحسن. والحق الذي لا مراء فيه، أن أهل الإسلام تجمعهم كلمة واحدة، ويتوجهون لقبلة واحدة، ويعبدون رباً واحداً، ويرفعون القرآن فوق هاماتهم، ويحفظونه في الصدور، ويغارون علي حدود الله، كما أنهم يقفون علي صعيد واحد في أرض عرفات، لكنهم يتفرقون إلي مذاهب كلامية ومدارس دعوية، واتجاهات فلسفية، وطرق صوفية، وأحزاب سياسية، كل منهم قد أتقن فن الجدال للجدال وفقط، إلا من رحم الله انتصارا لمذهبه، أو منهجه، أو طريقته، أو حزبه، فيتغلب الهوي علي ميزان العقل الصحيح، ويتغلب التعصب البغيض علي ما جاءت به الشريعة الغراء، وتنقلب الدعوة إلي الله إلي حكم مستكبر يرفض الإيمان حسداً وبغياً، لمجرد المخالفة في رأي أو منهج ، ولا أغالي إن قلت المخالفة في الهيئة، فتنطلق الأحكام التي لا حصر لها علي المخالف، بالكفر والتفسيق والتبديع وغير ذلك، ويتهم أهل الإسلام علي أثر ذلك الحكم، بالإرهاب، والتخلف، والتطرف، والتشدد، مما جعل بلاد الإسلام في نظر أعداء فكرهم رجعي متخلف، وبلادهم مستباحة، وثرواتهم لا حق لهم فيها، وأرضهم مرتع خصب للأهواء والتعصب. وهنا تنطلق الأحكام التكفيرية على الآخر المخالف داخلياً، وهو المخالف في المنهج والمذهب والمدرسة والفكر والسياسة، وخارجياً وهو المخالف في العقيدة السماوية والأرضية الوضعية، الذي حاز بسطة في العلم والتقدم.
