المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الخصائص الريادية (التحكم الذاتي، الثقة بالنفس، الحاجة إلى الإنجاز، الاستقلالية وتحمل المسؤولية، تحمل المخاطرة، الابتكار) لدى طلبة السنة الثالثة بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة جيجل في النوايا الريادية لديهم، كما سعت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى توفر الخصائص الريادية لديهم. ولتحقيق ذلك تم تبني المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية من عينة الدراسة البالغ عددهم 279 طالب وطالبة، كما تمت الاستعانة بالكتب والدراسات السابقة لجمع البيانات الثانوية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الخصائص الريادية لدى الطلبة في نيتهم لإنشاء مؤسساتهم الريادية، وقد كشفت الدراسة عن وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ α) لكل من الابتكار، الاستقلالية وتحمل المسؤولية، والتحكم الذاتي، في نية إنشاء مؤسسة ريادية لدى الطلبة المبحوثين، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أنهم يتمتعون بخصائص وسمات ريادية عديدة وبمستوى مرتفع - حسب الترتيب التالي: التحكم الذاتي، ثم الحاجة إلى الإنجاز، يليها الثقة بالنفس، ثم الابتكار، بعدها تحمل المخاطرة، وأخيراً الاستقلالية وتحمل المسؤولية، كما أثبتت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في مستوى توفر النية الريادية لدى الطلبة المبحوثين تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، في حين توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير الشعبة، وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات لذوي العلاقة.

The aim of this study was to identify the impact of entrepreneurial characteristics (self-control, self-confidence, need for achievement, independence, taking responsibility, risk tolerance, innovation) among third year students at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Jijel University on their entrepreneurial intentions, The study also sought to know the level of availability entrepreneurial characteristics among third year students in the college in which the study was conducted. In order to achieve these objectives, the study adopted the analytical descriptive method, using questionnaire as a tool for collecting primary data from the study sample of 279 students, and the use of books and previous studies for collection of secondary data. The study found that there is a statistically significant effect on the dimensions of the entrepreneurial characteristics of the students in their intention to establish their entrepreneurial institutions. The study revealed a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α ≥0.05) for innovation, independence and responsibility, The study concluded that the third year students in the college have many entrepreneurial characteristics and at a high level in the following order: Self-control, then the need for achievement, followed by self-confidence, innovation, risk tolerance and finally independence and taking responsibility The study also found that there were no differences in the level of availability of entrepreneurial intention among the students concerned due to the gender variable, while differences were found due to the variable of the division. In the light of the previous results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations to the concerned.
