| 520 | |a اختلف الدارسون لمشروع الدولة الإسلامية في الجزائر، فريق يرى أن الحركة الإسلامية تسعى إلى إقامة دولة دينية ثيوقراطية تصادر الحريات العامة، وفريق يرى أن الدولة الإسلامية ليست هي الدولة الدينية التي ظهرت في أوربا الوسيطة، والواقع أن مفهوم الدولة قد تطور كثيرا في فكر الحركة الإسلامية في الجزائر، فقد أصبحت تعترف بأن العمل السياسي من صميم الإسلام وأن الديمقراطية آلية لمراقبة الحاكم وهي لا تتعارض مع الشورى وتقبل بالتعددية الحزبية وغيرها فأصبحت تقترب في طرحها من الدولة المدنية. سنحاول في هذا المقال أن نحلل مفهوم الدولة في فكر الحركة الإسلامية في الجزائر والسياقات التاريخية لتشكل وتطور هذا المفهوم. | ||
| 520 | |b The Islamic state project in Algeria gave birth to several colliding views and positions. Some consider the Islamic movement as one which aims at establishing a theocratic state that confiscates public liberties, while others see it as different from the religious state that emerged in middle-ages Europe. Indeed, the concept of the state evolved immensely in the ideology of the Algerian Islamic movement, which starts recognizing political activity as the core of Islam and democracy as a mechanism for controlling the ruler. In addition, Islamic movement accepts multipartyism and its approach is closer to that of the civil state. This paper attempts to deeply analyze the concept of the state in the thought of the Islamic movement in Algeria and the historical context behind the rise and the development of such concept. | ||
| 520 | |d Le champ des études consacrées au projet de l’Etat islamique en Algérie est dominé par deux approches bien distinctes. D’une part, une approche qui identifie le programme politique du mouvement islamique à l’instauration d’un état de type théocratique et qui serait liberticide. D’autre part, une approche qui insiste, quant à elle, sur la différence fondamentale entre l’état islamique et l’état théocratique qu’a connu l’Europe au Moyen âge. Cela dit, il est nécessaire de souligner le progrès qu’a connu le concept de l’état dans la pensée du mouvement islamique en Algérie. En effet, l’action politique est reconnue, aujourd’hui, par les penseurs et les politiciens à tendance islamique, comme faisant partie intégrante de la pratique de cette religion. Également, l’on pense qu’il y aurait pas de contradiction entre la démocratie et le principe coranique de la Choura, un principe identifiable à la démocratie considérée comme un mécanisme politique moderne nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du gouvernement. Cela met en avant l’idée que l’état prôné par le mouvement islamique est très proche du modèle de l’état civil. L’objectif de cet article sera essentiellement d’analyser des différents contextes historiques qui ont vu l’émergence et l’évolution du concept de l’état dans la pensée du mouvement islamique en Algérie. | ||
