المستخلص: في ظل انتشار وباء كورونا المستجد في أرجاء العالم ككل؛ نحن في حاجه للبحث عن نمط من التعليم يمكنه التعايش مع معطيات وظروف هذا الوباء، سواء كان هذا النمط من التعليم مستجد أو قائم ومطبق بالفعل المهم هو توافقه مع هذا الوباء. فقد ذكر تقرير لــ "اليونسكو" أن "انتشار الفيروس سجل رقما قياسيا للأطفال والشباب الذي انقطعوا عن الذهاب إلى المدرسة أو الجامعة. وحتى تاريخ 12 مارس، أعلن 61 بلدا في أفريقيا وآسيا وأوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأمريكا الشمالية وأمريكا الجنوبية عن إغلاق المدارس والجامعات، أو قام بتنفيذ الإغلاق؛ إذ أغلق 39 بلدا المدارس في جميع أنحائه، مما أثر على أكثر من 421.4 مليون طفل وشاب، كما قام 14 بلدا إضافيا بإغلاق المدارس في بعض المناطق لمنع انتشار الفيروس أو لاحتوائه. وإذا ما لجأت هذه البلدان إلى إغلاق المدارس والجامعات على الصعيد الوطني، فسيضطرب تعليم أكثر من 500 مليون طفل وشاب آخرين. ومن ثم فإن استخدام نمط التعليم عن بعد يعتبر أحد الوسائل الناجحة في التعامل مع إشكاليات التعليم الناتجة عن جائحة كورونا، حيث هو عملية الفصل بين المتعلم والمعلم والكتاب في بيئة التعليم، ونقل البيئة التقليدية للتعليم من جامعة أو مدرسة وغيره إلى بيئة متعددة ومنفصلة جغرافيا، وهو ظاهرة حديثة للتعليم تطورت مع التطور التكنولوجي المتسارع في العالم، والهدف منه إعطاء فرصة التعليم وتوفيرها لطلاب لا يستطيعون الحصول عليه في ظروف تقليدية ودوام شبه يومي. ومن ثم يمكن أن تتضح مشكلة ورقة العمل هذه: 1- ما هو وباء كورونا المستجد؟ 2- ما تأثير وباء كورونا المستجد على التعليم؟ 3- ما تعريف التعليم عن بعد؟ وما خصائصه؟ 4- ما دور التعليم عن بعد في جل إشكاليات وباء كورونا المستجد؟

In light of the spread of the new Corona epidemic throughout the world as a whole; We need to search for a pattern of education that can coexist with the data and conditions of this epidemic, whether this type of education is new or existing and already applied. What is important is its compatibility with this epidemic. According to a UNESCO report, “The spread of the virus has set a record for children and young adults who have stopped going to school or university. As of March 12, 61 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and South America have announced the closure of schools and universities, or have Implementing the closure, as 39 countries closed schools all over, affecting more than 421.4 million children and young adults, and an additional 14 countries closed schools in some areas to prevent the spread or contain the virus. If these countries resorted to closing schools and universities nationwide, The education of more than 500 million other children and young adults will be disturbed Hence, the use of the distance learning style is considered one of the successful means in dealing with the problems of education resulting from the Corona pandemic, as it is the process of separating the learner, teacher and writers in the education environment, and transferring the traditional environment of education from a university or school and others to a multi-geographically separate environment, which is A modern phenomenon of education that has evolved with the rapid technological development in the world, and its aim is to give education an opportunity and provide it to students who cannot obtain it in traditional conditions and almost daily. Then the problem with this worksheet can be illustrated: 1- What is the new Corona epidemic? 2- What is the impact of the new Corona epidemic on education? 3- What is the definition of distance education?
