المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الكفايات التدريسية الواجب توافرها لدي معلمي التربية البدنية والرياضة بالمرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت، كما استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة وإجراءات البحث، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على جميع معلمي ومعلمات التربية البدنية والرياضة (كويتيين - ووافدين) العاملين بالتدريس بالمرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت والبالغ قوامها (430) معلم ومعلمة، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية العمدية من جميع محافظات الكويت بمرحلة التعليم المتوسطة (الحكومي - الخاصة)، والبالغ قوامها (126) معلم ومعلمة للتربية البدنية والرياضية، كما قام الباحث باختيار عينة استطلاعية قوامها (50) معلم ومعلمة للتربية البدنية والرياضية بدولة الكويت للعام الدراسي 2019/2020م من مجتمع البحث وخارج عينة البحث الأساسية لإجراء المعاملات العلمية للاستبانة "قيد البحث"، وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات ندرة وجود تشجيع لتبادل الأفكار وطرق التدريس بين المعلمين ومنحهم الفرص للتفكير والتأمل حول ممارستهم التربوية، مع ربط المعلم ببيئته ومجتمعه المحلي، وتدريبه على مهارات التخطيط لتوثيق الصلة بين التلاميذ وبيئتهم المحلية، كما يوصي الباحث بأهمية توفير التدريب التطبيقي بدرجة كافية للطلاب المعلمين والخاص بقياس وتقويم التلاميذ أثناء وبعد الدرس.

This research aims to identify the teaching competencies that must be available for teachers of physical education and sports in the middle stage in the State of Kuwait, as the researcher used the descriptive approach to its suitability of the nature and procedures of the research, and the research community included all teachers of physical education and sports (Kuwaitis - and expatriates) working in teaching in the middle stage in the state Kuwait, which has a strength of (430) male and female teachers, the same sample was chosen in the random and deliberate way from all the governorates of Kuwait in the intermediate (government-private) stage of education, and the number (126) is male and female teacher for physical and sports education, and the researcher has selected an exploratory sample of (50) A teacher and a teacher for physical and sports education in the State of Kuwait for the academic year 2019/2020 from the research community and outside the basic research sample to conduct scientific transactions for the questionnaire "under research", and the most important conclusions were the scarcity of encouraging the exchange of ideas and teaching methods between teachers and giving them opportunities to think and meditate about their educational practice, while linking The teacher in his or her local environment, and his training in planning skills to strengthen the link between students and their local environment. The researcher also recommends the importance of providing practical training sufficiently for teachers and private students to measure and evaluate students during and after the lesson.
