المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى بعض السمات النفسية: (القلق، الاكتئاب، توهم المرض)، والفروق بينها وكذلك مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية للأمهات ذوات الإعاقة وعلاقتها بالسمات النفسية موضع الدراسة. على عينة مكونة (61) من الأمهات اللاتي يعانين من عدد من الإعاقات هي: (الإعاقة الصحية المزمنة، الإعاقة السمعية، الإعاقة البصرية، الإعاقة الحركية، اضطرابات التواصل). وقد دلت النتائج على أن التوهم المرضي كان في المدى المتوسط، في حين كان مستوى الاكتئاب ومستوى القلق مرتفعين لدى عينة الدراسة من الأمهات ذوات الإعاقة. كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق دالة في مستوى القلق لدى الأمهات ذوات الإعاقة البصرية وذوات الإعاقة السمعية لصالح الأمهات ذوات الإعاقة البصرية، وبين الأمهات ذوات الإعاقة البصرية وذوات الإعاقة الصحية لصالح الأمهات ذوات الإعاقة البصرية، ووجود فروق دالة في مستوى القلق لدى الأمهات ذوات الإعاقة الحركية والإعاقة الصحية لصالح الأمهات ذوات الإعاقة الحركية. كما دلت النتائج على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المسئولية الاجتماعية بين الأمهات ذوات الإعاقة باختلاف: نوع الإعاقة والعمر، ووجود خلفية وراثية وجود طفل ذي إعاقة. وكذلك عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين متوسطات درجات أبعاد المسئولية الاجتماعية والسمات النفسية (القلق-الاكتئاب-التوهم المرضى) لدى الأمهات ذوات الإعاقة.

The study aimed to determine the level of some psychological traits (anxiety, depression, hypochondriasis), differences between them as well as the level of social responsibility of mothers with disabilities and their relationship to the psychological traits under study. A sample of (61) mothers with disabilities are: chronic health, disability, hearing impairment, visual impairment, physical impairment, Communication Disorders. The results indicated that the hypochondriasis was in the middle term, while the level of depression and anxiety level was high among the study sample of mothers with different disabilities. The results of the study also indicated significant differences in the level of anxiety among mothers with visual and hearing disabilities in favor of mothers with visual impairment, and between mothers with visual impairment and health disability in favor of mothers with visual impairment. The results of the present study also indicated significant differences in the level of anxiety in mothers with motor disabilities and health disability in favor of mothers with motor disabilities. The results of the present study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in social responsibility among mothers with disabilities according to the type of disability and age, the presence of genetic background and the presence of a child with a disability. As well as the absence of a significant correlation between the mean scores of the dimensions of social responsibility and psychological features (anxiety - depression - hypochondriasis) in mothers with disabilities.
