المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف درجة توفر الكفايات الإشرافية لدى الموجهين التربويين من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في محافظة درعا، وتحديد الاختلاف بين آراء المديرين فيما يتعلق بدرجة توفر الكفايات الإشرافية لدى الموجهين التربويين من وجهة نظر المديرين تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم إعداد استبانة مؤلفة من (34) بندا، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها ثم طبقت علي عينة من المدراء في مدارس محافظة درعا وبلغت (34) مديرا ومديرة، أظهرت النتائج أن درجة توفر الكفايات الإشرافية لدى الموجهين التربويين من وجهة نظر المديرين كانت متوسطة بشكل عام، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة البحث فيما يتعلق بدرجة توفر الكفايات الإشرافية لدى الموجهين التربويين من وجهة نظر المديرين تبعا لمتغيري (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي)، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة البحث تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة (الأكثر من 10 سنوت).

The current research aims to know the degree of availability of supervisory competencies among educational counselors from the point of view of school principals in the province of Daraa, and to determine the difference between the opinions of the principals regarding the degree of availability of supervisory competencies among the educational counselors from the point of view of the managers according to the variables of gender, educational qualification, years of experience. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, whereby a questionnaire consisting of (34) items was prepared, and its validity and reliability were verified and then applied to a sample of principals in the schools of Daraa governorate and it reached (34) principals. The results showed that the degree of availability of supervisory competencies among educational mentors from The managers’ point of view was average in general, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the research sample’s estimates regarding the degree of availability of supervisory competencies among the educational mentors from the managers’ point of view according to the two variables (gender and educational qualification), while there are significant differences A statistic among the averages of the estimates of the research sample attributable to the years of experience variable (more than 10 years).
