This research aims to measure the effectiveness of a proposed program to prepare the technician of decoration and advertising with hearing impairments in Al-Amal Technical Technical Secondary Schools for the deaf and hard of hearing to develop their practical skills qualified for the labor market, and the research sample consisted of (10) students, and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher conducted a study of the labor market; To identify the decorative professions and prepare a list of them and they were scientifically controlled, and in light of it a list of practical skills needed to be developed was prepared, and in light of the list the preparation program was designed and students ’opinions were surveyed on the professions to choose one of the professions to test the program. Educational activities were planned in the profession of decorating glazed surfaces And the preparation of research tools (cognitive test - note card), the researcher used the experimental design with one group. Then the researcher and one of the teachers applied the research tools before, then the activities were applied to the experimental group, then the research tools were applied afterward, and the statistical treatment of the research tools was carried out, and the results of the research showed the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing the practical skills of the technician of decoration and advertising with a hearing impaired in Al-Amal Technical Schools. Industrial. The results also confirmed the existence of a strong direct relationship between achievement and practical skills among students of decoration and advertising who are hearing impaired in Al-Amal Technical Secondary Industrial Schools (the research sample).
يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج مقترح لإعداد فني الزخرفة والإعلان المعاق سمعيا بمدارس الأمل الثانوية الفنية الصناعية للصم وضعاف السمع لتنمية مهاراتهم العملية المؤهلة لسوق العمل، وتكونت عينة البحث من (١٠) طلاب، ولتحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثة بدراسة لسوق العمل؛ لتحديد المهن الزخرفية وإعداد قائمة بها وتم ضبطها علميا، وفى ضوئها تم إعداد قائمة بالمهارات العملية اللازم تنميتها، وفى ضوء القائمة تم تصميم برنامج الإعداد وتم استطلاع رأى الطلاب على المهن لاختيار احدى المهن لتجريب البرنامج وتم تخطيط أنشطة تعليمية في مهنة زخرفة الأسطح المزججة؛ وإعداد أدوات البحث (اختبار معرفي بطاقة ملاحظة)، استخدمت الباحثة التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة. ثم قامت الباحثة وإحدى المعلمات بتطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا، ثم تطبيق الأنشطة على المجموعة التجريبية، ثم تطبيق أدوات البحث بعدي، وتم إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية لأدوات البحث، وأظهرت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية المهارات العملية لدى فني الزخرفة والإعلان المعاق سمعيا بمدارس الأمل الثانوية الفنية "الصناعة. كما أكدت النتائج على وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين التحصيل والمهارات العملية لدي طلاب الزخرفة والإعلان المعاقين سمعيا بمدارس الأمل الثانوية الفنية الصناعية (عينة البحث).
