المستخلص: يشهد العالم تغير كبير وخاصة في استخدام التكنولوجيا، حيث يشهد ثورة تكنولوجية متطورة وهائلة، واصبح من الضروري على جميع أفراد المجتمع الوصول إلى المعلومات عن طريقها وخاصة الاكاديميين والباحثين، ونظرا لهذا التغيير وجب على النظام التعليمي وخاصة الجامعي مواكبة التغييرات الجديدة التي طرأت على التعليم وظهور مصطلحات جديدة معبرة عن الواقع الذى يستخدم حاليا ألا وهو "التعليم الإلكتروني" حيث يعرف التعليم الإلكتروني أنه: تقديم المناهج التعليمية عبر الوسائط الإلكترونية المتنوعة التي تشمل الأقراص بأنواعها وشبكة الإنترنت بأدواتها في أسلوب متزامن أو غير متزامن، وباعتماد التعلم الذاتي أو التعلم بمساعدة المعلم مع تقييم المتعلم، وفي ضوء انتشار التقنية وزيادة قابلية الطلاب عليها اصبح للمعلم دور مختلف جديد؛ فأصبح مطالب بإيجاد طرق تدريسية جديدة تركز على الطالب تختلف كليا عن الطرق التقليدية، بحيث تبقي الطالب نشطا، وتراعي دافعية المتعلم نحو التعلم، مع ارتفاع التحصيل الدراسي، ورغبتهم في الدراسة، وارتفاع دافعيتهم للتعلم وتحسين تعلمهم، وهناك استراتيجيات الحديثة التي تعتمد على استخدام التقنيات الحديثة لتفعيل التعلم الإلكتروني، مثل: استراتيجية التعلم الإلكتروني، استراتيجية التعلم المدمج، استراتيجية الرحلات المعرفية، استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب، وتعد استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب (Learning Flipped) أحد أنواع استراتيجيات التعلم المدمج الذي يستخدم التكنولوجيا الحديثة لتدريس المحاضرات خارج الفصل الدراسي، والتي يمكن من خلالها في وقتنا الراهن للتغلب على مشكلة الحضور المباشر داخل الفصول الدراسية نظرا لما يمر به العالم من جائحة، واستخدامها في تعليم الموسيقى وخاصة تدريس آلة العود للطلاب الجدد، وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة، مشكلة البحث، أهداف البحث، أهمية البحث، أسئلة البحث وقام الباحث بتوضيح إجراءات البحث المقترحة والتي شملت (منهج البحث - عينة البحث - أدوات البحث - حدود البحث - مصطلحات البحث)، وقد قسم هذا البحث إلى جانبين الجانب النظري: ويشتمل على (الدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بالبحث الحالي استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب). الجانب التطبيقي: ويشمل على خطوات التخطيط العام لبناء البرنامج، هدف البرنامج، الخطوات الإجرائية المقترحة، مع اقتراح جلسات تدريسية من قبل الباحث، وتوصل من خلال النتائج المقترحة والتي منها أن الاستراتيجية تساهم وتساعد على تعلم آلة العود في مرحلة التعلم عن بعد بفاعلية، تجعل الطالب نشطا وفعالا أثناء التدريس لمعرفته المسبقة بالمعلومات التي تدرس، واختتم الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والتي من أهمها الاهتمام بنشر ثقافة التنوع في استخدام الطرق الحديثة في التدريس بهدف مواكبة التطور العلمي.

The world is witnessing a great change, especially in the use of technology, where it is witnessing an advanced and enormous technological revolution, and it has become necessary for all members of society to access information through it, especially academics and researchers, and due to this change, the educational system, especially the university, must keep pace with the new changes that have occurred in education and the emergence of terms A new expressive of the reality that is currently being used, which is “e-learning”, where e-learning is defined as: “Providing educational curricula through various electronic media that include disks of all kinds and the Internet with its tools in a synchronous or asynchronous manner, and by adopting self-learning or teacher assisted learning with assessment The learner, and in light of the spread of technology and the increase in students’ ability to it, the teacher has a different, new role; he is required to find new teaching methods that focus on the student that are completely different from the traditional methods, so as to keep the student active, and take into account the learner’s motivation towards learning, with high academic achievement, and their desire to study. , and their high motivation to learn and improve their learning, and there are modern strategies that depend on the use of modern technologies to activate the E-learning, such as: the e-learning strategy, the blended learning strategy, the cognitive journeys strategy, the flipped learning strategy, and the learning flipped strategy is one of the types of blended learning strategies that uses modern technology to teach lectures outside the classroom, through which in our time it is possible to The current study is to overcome the problem of direct attendance in the classroom due to the pandemic that the world is going through, and its use in teaching music, especially teaching the lute instrument to new students, and the research included an introduction, research problem, research objectives, importance of research, research questions and the researcher explained the research procedures The proposed, which included (research method - research sample - research tools - search limits - search terms). This research was divided into two aspects. Theoretical aspect: It includes (previous studies related to the current research - Flipped Learning Strategy). The practical side: It includes the general planning steps for building the program, the program goal, the proposed procedural steps, with the suggestion of teaching sessions by the researcher, and he reached through the proposed results, including that the strategy contributes and helps to learn the lute instrument in the distance learning stage effectively, making the student The researcher concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the interest in spreading the culture of diversity in the use of modern methods of teaching in order to keep pace with scientific development.
