الصعوبات التي تواجه عمل المرشد التربوي في ظل بيئة التعليم عن بعد وأزمة جائحة كورونا

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى الصعوبات التي تواجه عمل المرشد التربوي في ظل بيئة التعليم عن بعد وأزمة جائحة كورونا وهل هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الصعوبات بين المرشدين والمرشدات في محافظة ديالى، مركز مدينة بعقوبة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، إذ قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس بصورته الأولية مكون من 24 فقرة وأمام كل فقرة ثلاث بدائل هي (موافق، موافق إلى حدما، غير موافق) وقد تم توزيع فقرات المقياس إلى أربع مجالات وطبق البحث على عينة من مرشدي ومرشدات المدارس المتوسطة والإعدادية في مركز مدينة بعقوبة وللعام الدراسي ٢٠٢١-٢٠٢٢ وقد تم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري للمقياس من خلال عرضه على مجموعة من الخبراء في مجال علم النفس والإرشاد التربوي وقد تم تعديل وحذف بعض الفقرات وأصبح المقياس بصيغته النهائية مكون من ٢٤ فقرة، وقامت الباحثة بحساب معامل ارتباط بيرسون بين التطبيقين الأول والثاني إذ بلغ (٠،٧٩)، وهو معامل ثبات يمكن الاعتماد عليه وقد بلغت عينة البحث ٢٠٠ مرشد ومرشدة (١٣٠) مرشدة و(٧٠) مرشد، وكذلك تم استخرج الخصائص السايكومترية للمقياس المتمثل بالقوة التمييزية للمقياس وعلاقة الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية للمقياس، والتي أشارت إلى أن جميع الفقرات دالة إحصائيا، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الصعوبات مرتفع وكذلك لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المرشدين والمرشدات في مستوى الصعوبات وكذلك خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات ومن ضمنها تفعيل دور المنصات الإلكترونية والتي تكون خاصة للمرشد التربوي وكذلك زيادة الوقت الذي يقضيه المرشد مع طلبته وتفعيل دور المرشد التربوي خاصة في وقت الأزمات كما خرجت الدراسية بمقترحات منها إجراء دراسة مقارنة بين مستوى الصعوبات التي يوجها المرشد التربوي قبل وبعد الجانحة وفي بيئة التعليم عن بعد ومقارنته ببيئة التعليم التقليدية.

The current study aimed to identify the level of difficulties facing the work of the educational counselor in light of the distance education environment and the crisis of the Corona pandemic, and are there statistically significant differences in the level of difficulties between male and female counselors in Diyala Governorate, Baqubah city center, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used The researcher prepared a scale in its initial form consisting of 24 items, and in front of each item there are three alternatives (agree, agree to some extent, disagree The paragraphs of the scale were distributed into four areas and the research was applied to a sample of middle and middle school counselors in Baqubah city center and for the academic year 2021-2022. The apparent validity of the scale was verified by presenting it to a group of experts in the field of psychology and educational guidance. Some paragraphs were deleted, and the scale became in its final form consisting of 24 items, and the researcher calculated the Pearson correlation coefficient between the first and second applications, which amounted to (0.79) It is a reliable coefficient of stability, and the research sample amounted to 200 counselors and counselors (130) counselors and (70) counselors, as well as extracting the psychometric properties of the scale represented by the discriminatory strength of the scale and the relationship of the paragraph with the total degree of the scale, which indicated that all items are statistically significant, and the results resulted The study indicated that the level of difficulties is high, and there are no statistically significant differences between male and female counsellors in the level of difficulties, and the study also came up with a set of recommendations Including activating the role of electronic platforms, which are special for the educational counselor, as well as increasing the time that the counselor spends with his students and activating the role of the educational counselor, especially in times of crisis.
