المستخلص: يهدف البحث التعرف على: ١. واقع الأعداد المهني للمعلم في ضوء ثقافة الجودة من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. ٢. الفروق الإحصائية بين المعلمين يعزى إلى المتغيرات (التربية العملية، المواد الدراسية، هيأة التدريس، طرائق التدريس، أساليب التقويم، الطلبة) من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيأة. ٣. تقويم مخرجات للمعلمين الرصافة الأولى في ضوء ثقافة الجودة على وفق الجانب المهني. حدود البحث: ١. أعداد المعلمين والمعلمات في تربية الرصافة الأولى في محافظة بغداد. ٢. للعام الدراسي (٢٠١٩ - 2020). منهجية وإجراءات البحث: استعملت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف البحث، وقد تألف مجتمع البحث من (٢٥٠) معلم ومعلمة موزعين على تربية الرصافة الأولى أما عينة البحث فقد اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية:- ١. المعلمين لتربية الرصافة الأولى في بغداد. أداتا البحث: أعدت الباحثة مقياس الأولى لتقويم مخرجات المعلمين الرصافة الأولى في ضوء ثقافة الجودة، وعلى وفق الجانب المهني، وتكونت الأداة من (٣) مجالات (٣٢) معيارا موزعة على جوانب الأداة الخمسة، أما الأداة الثانية فكانت لتقويم معلمي الرصافة الأولى في ضوء ثقافة الجودة، على وفق المجالات الآتية (التربية العملية، المواد الدراسية أعضاء الهيأة التدريسية، طرائق التدريس، المواد الدراسية أساليب التقويم، الطلبة) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتكونت الأداة من (٣) مجالات و(٣٢) مؤشر موزعة على مجال الجانب المهني والبالغة (٣) مجالات. الوسائل الإحصائية: ولمعالجة بيانات الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة طرقا إحصائية وصفية وتحليلية مستفيدا من استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) نتائج البحث:- ١. أن مستوى درجة توافر ثقافة الجودة في مخرجات أعداد المعلمين الرصافة الأولى كانت بدرجة جيدة. ٢. حصول الجانب المهني على المرتبة الأولى في جوانب عملية الأعداد المهني للمعلمين الرصافة الأولى في بغداد. ٣. اتفاق أراء أفراد عينة البحث من أعضاء هيأة التدريس والطلبة على تواجد ثقافة الجودة في المجال المهني وفي ضوء نتائج البحث توصلت الباحثة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها والمقترحات: ١- ضرورة أحداث توازن في جوانب إعداد معلمي المعلمين عند عملية الأعداد. 2- ضرورة مواءمة مخرجات أعداد المعلمين مع احتياجات ومتطلبات سوق العمل لسد تلك الحاجات من جهة ولضمان حصول المخرجات على فرص العمل من جهة أخرى. ٣- الإفادة من المجالات التي أعدتها الباحثة لتقويم مخرجات أعداد المعلمين كأساس لتقويم مخرجات المعلمين في ال. 4- العمل على نشر ثقافة الجودة في ال وعلى مختلف المستويات لتحسين العملية التربوية بوصفها مسؤولية الجميع.

The research aims to Mayati-: 1. recognize the reality of professional preparation for teachers in light of the culture of quality 2. prepare teachers to prepare teachers for the first institutes in Rusafa in Baghdad province calendar in the light of the quality according to the following fields culture (practical education, study material, the board of teaching, teaching methods, methods of evaluation, students) from the point of view of the members of the board of faculty and students of the Institute. 3. teacher training institutes calendar Rusafa outputs of the first in the light of the culture of quality and according to the vocational side. search limits-: 1. to prepare teachers to educate Rusafa first institutes in the province of Baghdad. 2. fifth-grade students- in the preparation of teachers in Baghdad institutes and all the terms of reference institutes. 3. for the academic year (2014-2015).Methodology and procedures for the Search-: The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to achieve the goals of the research, consisted research community of all institutes to prepare teachers for the first Rusafa, which includes sections (English, Arabic, Islamic, sports and science) of (4) institutes spread over Rusafa first either sample were as follows-: 1. to prepare teachers to educate Rusafa first institutes in Baghdad. 2. members of the board of teaching in the preparation of teachers and first Rusafa's Institutes (7) pedagogy (chosen them). 3. All fifth-grade students in teacher first and Rusafa's Institutes (250) students. Odata Search-: The researcher prepared the first two questionnaires to evaluate the preparation of teachers Rusafa first institutes outputs in light of the culture of quality, and in accordance with the professional side, and formed tool (3) indicator (32) the standard spread over aspects of the five tool, either tool second was to evaluate the preparation of teachers to prepare teachers Rusafa institutes first in light of the culture of quality, according the following fields (education process, subjects members of the Authority of teaching, teaching methods, course materials evaluation methods, students) from the viewpoint of faculty members and students of the Institute an d formed tool (3) and (32) the standard distributed vocational side and the (3) Areas. Aladtan has been applied to the basic research sample Csaiahh means-: To address the data of the study the researcher used the descriptive statistical methods and analysis, taking advantage of the use of statistical service of Social Sciences (spss)

research results-: 1. The degree level of quality in the presence of a teacher training institutes Rusafa first output was a good degree. 2. professional side for the first place in the aspects of the setup process for teachers institutes to prepare teachers for the first Rusafa in Baghdad. 3. the views of the research sample of members of the board members deal faculty and students to the weakness of the presence of a culture of quality in the professional field and in the light of the search results researcher set of recommendations including the development of-: 1. The need to balance the aspects of the preparation of teachers of teachers in vocational institutes side when the process of preparing. 2. The need to adapt to prepare teachers with the needs and requirements to meet those needs on the one hand the labor market institutions and to ensure that the output of the output for job opportunities on the other hand.
