المستخلص: تكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) تلاميذا بالصف الثاني الإعدادي؛ على هيئة مجموعة تجريبية واحدة؛ حيث تم تطبيق اختبار عادات العقل قبليا ثم تدريس وحدتي "سكان وطننا العربي- الوحدة والتنوع" و"حياة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم الوحدة والتنوع" ثم تطبيق هذا الاختبار بعديا ثم رصد النتائج، وأدوات البحث/ قامت الباحثة بإعادة صياغة وحدتي: "سكان وطننا العربي- الوحدة والتنوع" و"حياة محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم الوحدة والتنوع" على أساس استراتيجية التعلم بالتعاقد وأعدت الباحثة (كتاب الطالب) ودليلا لتدريس هاتين الوحدتين باستخدام استراتيجية التعلم بالتعاقد، قائمة بعادات العقل، اختبار عادات العقل. تحددت مشكلة البحث في ضعف عادات العقل لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية وللتصدي لهذه المشكلة حاول البحث الحالي الإجابة على السؤال الرئيسي التالي:- - ما هي فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية التعلم بالتعاقد في تدريس الدراسات الاجتماعية لتنمية بعض عادات العقل لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية؟ ويتفرع هذا السؤال الرئيس إلى التساؤلات الفرعية التالية:- 1- ما عادات العقل التي يجب تنميتها لدى التلاميذ بالمرحلة الإعدادية؟ 2- ما هي صورة وحدتين معاد صياغتهم من مقرر الدراسات الاجتماعية باستخدام استراتيجية التعلم بالتعاقد في المرحلة الإعدادية؟ 3- ما فاعلية الوحدتين المعاد صياغتهما في تنمية بعض عادات العقل لدى تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي؟ نتائج البحث/ أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى: 1- أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في الدرجة الكلية لاختبار عادات العقل لصالح القياس البعدي. 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لكل بعد من أبعاد اختبار عادات العقل لصالح القياس البعدي. 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي في الدرجة الكلية لاختبار عادات العقل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 4- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية والضابطة في التطبيق البعدي في كل بعد من أبعاد اختبار عادات العقل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية.

Research sample/ The study sample consisted of (30) students in the second year of middle school. in the form of one experimental group; Where the Habits of Mind test was applied beforehand, then the two units "The Population of Our Arab World - Unity and Diversity" and "The Life of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, Unity and Diversity" were taught, then this test was applied post-test and then the results were monitored. Research Tools/ The researcher prepared two units: "The Population of Our Arab World - Unity and Diversity" and "The Life of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, Unity and Diversity" on the basis of the contractual learning strategy. Mind, habits of mind test. The research problem was identified in the weakness of the habits of mind among middle school students, and to address this problem, the current research tried to answer the following main question:- - What is the effectiveness of using the strategy of learning by contract in teaching social studies to develop some habits of mind among middle school students? This main question is divided into the following sub-questions: 1- What are the habits of mind that must be developed among students in the preparatory stage? 2- What is the picture of two reformulated units of the social studies course using the contracted learning strategy in the preparatory stage? 3- What is the effectiveness of the two reformulated units in developing some habits of mind among second year middle school students? Research Results/ The results of the study indicated: 1- The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post applications in the total score of the habits of mind test in favor of the post measurement. 2- There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post applications of each dimension of the habits of mind test in favor of the post measurement. 3- There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group and the control group in the post application in the total score of the habits of mind test in favor of the experimental group. 4- There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group and the control group in the post application in each dimension of the habits of mind test in favor of the experimental group.
