هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى تصورات مديري مدارس مناطق البادية الأردنية لقابلية تطبيق مبادئ الإدارة الذاتية في مدارسهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث اعتمادا علي الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة في مجال الإدارة الذاتية بإعداد وتطوير أداة الدراسة التي اشتملت علي (42) فقرة موزعة على مجالين هما: (إدارة الموارد البشرية، وإدارة الموارد المالية)، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، ومن ثم توزيعها على عينة مكونة من (179) مديرا ومديرة من مدارس مناطق البادية الأردنية الشمالية والوسطى والجنوبية اختيرت بالطريق الطبقية العشوائية، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن تصورات مديري مدارس مناطق البادية الأردنية لقابلية تطبيق مبادئ الإدارة الذاتية في مدارسهم كانت بمعدل (3.12) وبدرجة متوسطة وإنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر متغير الجنس وسنوات الخبرة في درجة قابلية التطبيق، وأوصت الدراسة باستمرار وزارة التربية والتعليم في دعم التوجه نحو اللامركزية الحقيقية في الإدارة التربوية وذلك بمنح مديري المدارس مزيدا من الصلاحيات والمشاركة في صناعة القرار للقيام بواجباتهم الإدارية والمالية والفنية بمرونة وفاعلية عالية والعمل على تصميم برامج تدريبية تطبيقية شاملة لإعداد مديري المدارس في ضوء منهجية الإدارة الذاتية للمدارس في مناطق البادية الأردنية بهدف تحويل مدارسهم من مدارس أقل حظا إلى مدارس أكثر تميزاً.
This study aimed at identifying the perspectives of the principals of the Jordan Badia areas schools of the applicability of the self-management principles in their schools. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher, relying on the theoretical literatures and previous studies in the area of self--management prepared and developed the study tool which is a questionnaire comprising (42) items. The items were distributed over two domains: human resources management and financial resources management. The validity and reliability of the tool was ensured, and then distributed over a sample of (179) male and female principals of the North, Middle and South Jordan Badia areas schools, which were chosen by a stratified random manner in compliance with the study variables. The study indicated that the visions of the principals of the Jordan Badia areas schools about the applicability of self-management principles in their schools, were (3.12) with a medium degree. It further indicated that there were no statistically significant differences of gender and years of experience effects on the applicability degree. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education should continue supporting orientation towards actual decentralization in the educational management. This could be achieved through granting the school principals more powers and enabling them to participate in the decision making, so as to perform their managerial and technical duties with high harmony and effectiveness. The study further recommended working towards designing comprehensive applied training programs to prepare school principals in self¬-management methodology in the Jordan Badia areas.
