تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى الاستفادة من تطبيق برنامج ستة سيجما في تقييم وتطوير جودة القيادة التربوية في الإشراف التربوي، ومن أجل ذلك فقد تم التعرف على مدى استعداد إدارة الإشراف التربوي ومساهمة إدارة التربية والتعليم لدعم والتزام وتطبيق مفهوم ستة سيجما، وكذلك إمكانية دعم مفهوم الثقافة التنظيمية في إدارة الإشراف التربوي لتطبيق ستة سيجما، وإمكانية دعم مركز الحاسب الآلي والمعلومات لإدارة الإشراف التربوي في تطبيق ستة سيجما، وأثر تطبيق ستة سيجما على تحسين وتقويم وتقليل مشاكل الأداء في إدارة الإشراف التربوي وانعكاسه على المستفيد ومن أجل تحليل بيانات الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها استخدام الباحث الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والتحليلية لوصف عينة الدراسة التي بلغ حجمها 87 مشرفاً وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة لجمع البيانات وتكونت من (81) فقرة، في ثلاثة محاور أساسية هي (المتطلبات، المعوقات، النتائج)، إضافة إلى أن الباحث استخدم مفاهيم تحليل التباين والارتباط والانحدار، ومعامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ في عملية التحليل. وقد توصل الباحث من خلال الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان من أهمها استعداد إدارة الإشراف التربوي لتذليل جميع العقبات والمتطلبات لاستخدام برنامج ستة سيجما، وجدولة المكافآت وتقدير منسوبي إدارة الإشراف التربوي عند استخدام برنامج ستة سيجما ومنحهم الفرص للمشاركة في صنع واتخاذ القرار، إضافة إلى توفير البرامج الإحصائية والإصدارات الحديثة من برنامج ستة سيجما وتسهيل عملية التدريب عليه. ويوصي الباحث بالحرص على تطبيق مفهوم ستة سيجما ويؤكد على ضرورة استيعابه ومن ثم استخدامه في إدارة الإشراف التربوي وتوضيح أهميته العلمية والعملية من خلال التركيز والاستفادة من تطبيق ستة سيجما في عملية تقليل الأخطاء (تحسين الأداء) وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة في عملية الإشراف،ـ وكذلك الالتزام بتوفير الموارد المالية والبشرية والاهتمام بعمليات التدريب ومراقبة عملية التطبيق والحرص على تحفيز منسوبي الإدارة.
The objective of this thesis is clearly determine the benfit range, for assessment and development, when the concepts of Six Sigma implementing in the Educational Supervision Department's. For, this purpose we have to know the department's readiness, commitment: and application to Six Sigma concept and at the same time checks the abilities of the three departments. Educational Training. Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Educational Supervision to contribute Six Sigma implementation, as well as to check how Six Sigma can implement, improve, evaluate, and reduce the performance problem in the Educational Supervision Department, to increase the usefulness: To analyze and test the hypothesis of the study we use the different methods of descriptive and analytical statistics to describe the sample of the study which consists of 87 supervisors working :in the Educational Supervision Department. The tool used to collect data is the questionnaire which consists of (81) paragraphs. The questionnaire was distributed on three major axes focusing on the requirements, obstacles, and results of the implementation. The most important statistical tools used to analyze the data of the study, are the Descriptive Statistics. Analysis of variance. Concepts of correlation and linear regression analysis, and Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient. At the end of the analysis process, the most important conclusions arise are that the Educational Supervision Department is ready to financial requirements and obstacles to use the Six Sigma program, also the Educational Supervision Department Providing statistical programs and modem versions of Six Sigma program and facilitating the training process, as well as Scheduling rewards and appreciation to the employees in the Supervision Department who use Six Sigma program and give them the opportunities to participate in decision-making. Finally we emphasis on understanding Six Sigma concepts, clarify its practical and scientific values to reduce the errors (improve performance) and improve the quality of services provided by supervision, at the same time we are committed to supply the financial and human resources, the training operations and monitoring the implementation process.
