هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف منهجية الإرجونوميكا من حيث النشأة والماهية والأهمية والأهداف والأبعاد ومبادئ الإرجونوميكا وخصائصها ومجالاتها، والمدارس الفعالية من حيث مفهومها وخصائصها ومعاييرها ومؤشراتها، وتعرف واقع مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بصعيد مصر، إضافة إلى تعرف أهمية المدرسة الفعالة في التغلب على مشكلات المدرسة التقليدية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وذلك تمهيداً لتقديم تصور إرجونومي لمدارس فعالة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بصعيد مصر، وتم التطبيق على بعض محافظات الصعيد، والتي تحتاج إلى اهتمام كبيرة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي في تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، واستخدمت استبانة لدراسة واقع تلك المدارس، وتعرف وجهات النظر تجاه التصور الإرجونومي المقترح. وتم تطبيق الأداة على عينة من مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأقسام التربية الخاصة بمديرية التربية والتعليم بتلك المحافظات والمتخصصين في مجال الإرجونوميكا، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (110) فرداً، وتوصلت الدراسة على مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أجمع أفراد العينة على تحقق مجالات واقع مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ببعض محافظات صعيد مصر بشكل متوسط، ما عدا مجال مجتمع التعلم والذي يتحقق بدرجة ضعيفة، مما يؤكد على افتقار تلك المدارس إلى الجودة والكفاءة والفعالية، والحاجة إلى إعادة النظر في خدماتها من خلال مداخل جديدة تحقق تلك الفعالية مثل مدخل الإرجونوميكا. أجمع أفراد العينة على أهمية المعايير الإرجونوميكية في تفعيل مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة حيث جاءت متوسط استجاباتهم على درجة تفوق الحد الأعلى من حدود الثقة. وانتهت الدراسة بتقديم تصور إرجونومي مقترح للوصول لمدراس فعالة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ببعض محافظات صعيد مصر، إضافة لمجموعة من الضمانات لنجاح التصور الإرجونومي المقترح، من أهمها: سن تشريعات وقوانين جديدة تعيد تصميم وتخطيط مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وفق المعايير الإرجونوميكية. التنسيق بين المنظمات المحلية والعربية والإقليمية والدولية لتبادل الرأي والمشورة والخبرات المتعلقة بالاتجاهات العلمية والمعاصرة فيما يتعلق بمعايير المدارس الفعالة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. الاستعانة بمتخصصين في مجال الإرجونوميكا من أجل تحسين وتطوير مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
This study aimed to identify systematic of Ergonomics In terms of upbringing, the importance, Essence, Objectives, Dimensions, principles, characteristics and fields of Ergonomics, and also the effective schools In terms of the concept, characteristics, criteria and indicators, and knowing the reality of people with special needs schools in Upper Egypt, in addition to know the importance of effective schools to overcome the problems of traditional school for special needs, in preparation to provide ergonomically conceived for effective schools for disabled people in Upper Egypt. Some were taken from Upper Egypt and that need to be considerable interest, Descriptive approach was used in achieving the objectives of the study, The questionnaire was used to study the reality of those schools, And know the views towards the proposed Alarjonomi perception. The tool has been applied to a sample of schools with special needs and special education departments of the directorate of education in those provinces and specialists in the field of Ergonomics and applied study on sample (110) person, and the study found a range of results, including: -Whole specimens approves to investigate the areas of reality special schools in some provinces across Egypt is average, except in the area of learning society which is achieved with low degree, underscoring the lack of these schools to the quality, efficiency and effectiveness, and the need to re-examine its services through new approaches to check the effectiveness of such Alargeonumika approach. -Whole specimens approves to the importance of Alargeonumika standards in the activation of special needs schools with average responses to beyond the upper limit of the confidence limits. The study concluded by offering ergonomically conceived proposal for access to effective schools for special needs in some provinces across Egypt, adding to a series of guarantees for the success of the proposed alargonomi visualization, including: - Legislate new laws to redesign and layout of special needs schools in accordance with the Ergonomics standards. - Coordination among local, Arab, regional, international organizations to exchange opinion and advice ,and expertise on global and contemporary trends with respect to the standards of effective schools for people with special needs. Consulting specialists in the field of alargonomika in order to improve and develop people with special needs schools.
