المستخلص: تعتبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي من أفضل الممارسات العالمية في مجال التكنولوجيا والتي تعد مصدر رئيسي للمعلومات والأخبار في القرن الحالي، وهي أحد أهم أسباب النجاح في تحقيق الإقناع والتأثير المطلوبين في أي عملية تغيير مجتمع، كما أن المكتبات العامة تعتبر من أهم العناصر الفاعلة في منظومة مصادر المعلومات الداعمة لبرامج الوعي المعلوماتي والثقافي، والتي تعد بمثابة منارة للفكر والثقافة والوعي والمعرفة وذلك بما تقدمه من معارف وخدمات ووعي معلوماتي للمستفيدين، حيث تهدف إلى الرقي الثقافي بالمجتمعات في الإعلاء بقيم المعرفة والثقافة التي ينطلق منها أي مشروع تنموي ثقافي، ولذلك يجب عليها استغلال صفحاتها على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في بث المعلومات الصحيحة والموثقة التي تساعد الدولة في تحقيق خطط وأهداف التنمية المستدامة، ومن هذا المنطلق تعد شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي للمكتبات العامة من أهم الأدوات التي يمكن الاعتماد عليها في تحقيق أهداف وخطط التنمية المستدامة ومحاور استراتيجية مصر 2030، وذلك لأن موضوع التنمية المستدامة يعتبر من الموضوعات الهامة التي تناشد الحكومات كافة مؤسسات الدولة للتعريف بها والعمل على تحقيق أهدافها، وخاصة بعد وضع مصر لمحاور استراتيجية 2030 ووضع مؤشرات قياس الأداء لها، وهذا يستوجب على مؤسسات الدولة التبني المجتمع لهذه الاستراتيجية، وبإعتبار المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات أحد مؤسسات الدولة الثقافية فإنه يقع على عاتقها دور حيوي وفعال في كافة جوانب التنمية المختلفة على اعتبار كونها مؤسسة ثقافية تتيح خدماتها للمستفيدين بكل مستوياتهم وشرائحهم. سعت الدراسة للتعرف على مدى مساهمة شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي للمكتبات العامة في تنمية وعي المستفيدين بالتنمية المستدامة وأهدافها واستراتيجية مصر 2030 ومؤشرات قياس الأداء لها، حيث اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج المسحي بإعتباره طريقة علمية منظمة تقوم بتحليل وتفسير وتصوير واقع شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي للمكتبات العامة والمستفيدين منها وما يرتبط بهما في مجال التنمية المستدامة، حيث من سمات هذا المنهج أنه يكشف عن الأوضاع القائمة للنهوض بها ووضع الخطط أو البرامج اللازمة للإصلاح والوصول لتعميمات يمكن تطبيقها بالنسبة لنفس المكتبات عينة الدراسة والمكتبات ذات المناخ والظروف المشابهة وهو ما تحاول الدراسة تحقيقه في مجال التنمية المستدامة من خلال المكتبات العامة، وتم أخد عينة عشوائية من المكتبات العامة التي يقع مقرها في محيط القاهرة الكبرى والتي تقدم خدماتها بالمجان لكافة فئات وشرائح المجتمع، وكان ضمن شروط العينة واختيارها وجود صفحة تواصل اجتماعي لها على الفيسبوك، وتم أخد عينة ل 13 مكتبة عامة، حيث تم تصميم استبيان للمستفيدين يضم ست محاور رئيسية ينقسم إلى (37) تساؤل، وتم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل البيانات والوصول لنتائج الدراسة ومناقشتها، وانتهت الدراسة بمجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات للنهوض بشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي للمكتبات العامة.

Social networking is a global best practice in the field of technology and considered a major source of information and news in the current century. It is one of the most important reasons for success in achieving the desired persuasion and influence in social change. Also, public libraries considered one of the effective source of information that support the program of information and cultural awareness and considered as a beacon of thought, culture, awareness and knowledge through the provision of knowledge, services and information awareness to the beneficiaries. The aim of public libraries is to uphold the values of knowledge and culture from which is the start point for any Cultural development project and therefore should use its social networks pages to broadcast the correct and trusted information that helps the country in achieving the goals and plans for sustainable development, and thus the social networks of public libraries is one of the most reliable tools to achieve the goals and plans of sustainable development and the themes of Egypt's 2030 strategy, because the issue of sustainable development is an important issue that appeals to all government institutions to introduce them and work towards achieving their objectives, especially after Egypt's development of the 2030 strategic goals and the development of performance indicators. The country institutions must adopt this strategy, and considering libraries and information institutions as one of the country cultural institutions. This has a vital and effective role in all aspects of development as a cultural institutions that provides services to beneficiaries at all levels and segments. This study tries to determine the contribution of social networks to the public libraries in developing the awareness of the beneficiaries of sustainable development and its objectives and the strategy of Egypt 2030 and its performance indicators. To achieve these objectives the researcher adopted the survey method as an organized scientific method that analyzes, interprets and depicts the reality of the social networks of public libraries and their beneficiaries and also, in the field of sustainable development. The characteristics of this approach is reveals the existing conditions for advancement and the development of plans or programs for reform and access to generalizations that can be applied for the same institutions sample study and institutions that have the same properties. The researcher tried to achieve the goal of sustainable development through public libraries. A randomly selection of 13 public libraries located in the vicinity of Greater Cairo and has a facebook social networks pages and provide free services to all categories and segments of society. A questionnaire was prepared for the beneficiaries, comprising six main axes divided into 37 questions. The researcher used SPSS to analyze the data and to achieve the results of the study. From this study we achieve some of conclusions and recommendations to support and develop public libraries social networks.
