المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى بيان فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني الاجتماعي في تنمية الوعي الطبي لدى طلاب الدبلومات الإدارية الطبية بجامعة جازان واتجاهاتهم نحوها. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في تحديد أبعاد الوعي الطبي اللازم لطلاب الدبلومات الإدارية الطبية. والمنهج التجريبي لقياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من طلاب السكرتارية الطبية بعمادة خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر بجامعة جازان. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في بناء البرنامج التدريبي المقترح وقياسي الوعي الطبي والاتجاهات نحو بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني الاجتماعي. وأكدت نتائج البحث على فعالية الشبكة الإلكترونية في تنمية الوعي الطبي لدى طلاب السكرتارية الطبية. وتنمية اتجاهات الطلاب الإيجابية نحو بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني الاجتماعي في عملية التعلم بسبب المزايا العديدة التي تحققها. ومن أبرز توصيات البحث ضرورة تطوير برامج إعداد الطلاب بالدبلومات الإدارية الطبية بالجامعات السعودية لتنمية الوعي الطبي لديهم. وعقد دورات تدريبية للعاملين في المجال الإداري بالمستشفيات والمراكز الصحية لتنمية الوعي الطبي لديهم. وإعداد دليل استخدام تطبيقات بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني الاجتماعي لإرشاد أعضاء هيئة التدريس إلى طريقة تفعيله في عملية التعليم والتعلم. وأهمية عقد دورات تدريبية للطلاب والطالبات في الجامعات السعودية لتدريبهم على تطبيقات بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني الاجتماعي. وأوصى أيضا بضرورة عمل دراسة عن مدى امتلاك أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالدبلومات الإدارية الطبية للوعي الطبي. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018


The purpose of the research is to demonstrate the TEMPeffectiveness of a training program based on the social e-learning environment in the development of the medical awareness among students of the medical administrative diplomas at Jazan University and there attitudes towards it. The research was based on the descriptive approach in determining the dimensions of the medical awareness required for students of the medical administrative diplomas and the experimental approach to measure the TEMPeffectiveness of the proposed training program. The research group consisted of students of the medical secretaries of the Deanship of the Community Service and the Continuing Education at Jazan University. The research tools consisted of building the proposed training program, measuring the medical awareness and the attitudes towards the social e-learning environment. The results of the research confirmed the TEMPeffectiveness of the electronic network in the development of the medical awareness among the medical secretarial students and develop the positive student attitudes towards the social e-learning environment in the learning process because of it's many benefits which it achieves and one of the most important recommendations of the research is the need to develop the programs of preparing students with the medical administrative diplomas in Saudi universities to develop there medical awareness and held training courses for the administrative staff in the hospitals and the health centers to develop there medical awareness, as well as preparing a guide to the use of the social e-learning environment to guide the faculty members to the way it is activated in the teaching and learning process and the importance of holding training courses for the students in Saudi universities to train them in the applications of the social e-learning environment. It also recommended that a study should be conducted on the extent to which the faculty members possess the medical administrative diplomas for the medical awareness.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
