|a هدف هذا البحث إلى: - تحديد جوانب إعداد المعلم النوعي. - التعرف على الاتجاهات الحديثة في إعداد المعلم النوعي. - تحديد سمات مجتمع المعرفة. - التعرف على دواعي تطوير المعلم النوعي في عصر المعرفة. - تحديد المقومات الأساسية لإعداد المعلم النوعي في عصر المعرفة. - وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير نظام إعداد المعلم النوعي في ضوء عصر المعرفة. وقد استخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على مسح ووصف الدراسات والأدبيات السابقة والتي تناولت إعداد المعلم النوعي وعصر المعرفة وذلك من أجل الاستفادة منها في موضوع البحث الحالي والوصول إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير نظام إعداد المعلم النوعي في ضوء عصر المعرفة. النتائج: وقد توصل البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير إعداد المعلم النوعي في ضوء عصر المعرفة.

|b The research aimed at the following: - Determine the qualitative aspects of the preparation of the teacher. - Understand the recent trends in the preparation of qualitative teacher. - Determine the attributes of the knowledge society. - reasons of the qualitative development of the teacher in the knowledge age. - Identify the basic components for the preparation of qualitative teacher in the knowledge age. - Conceived proposal to develop a qualitative teacher preparation system in the light of the knowledge age. The present research has been used descriptive approach which is based on a survey called the previous studies and literature, 'which dealt with the preparation of qualitative teacher and the era of knowledge in order to take advantage of them in the subject of the present research and access to imagine a proposal to develop the preparation of qualitative teacher system in the light of the knowledge age. Results: researcher has come to conceptualize the proposal to develop the qualitative preparation of the teacher in the light of the knowledge age.
