المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تنمية السلوك الإيثاري لدى أطفال الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي من خلال تصميم برنامج انتقائي تكاملي، واختبار فاعليته وأثره على الأمن النفسي، وذلك على عينة تكونت من (20) تلميذ وتلميذة، ممن تتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية ما بين (9 – 12) سنة، وتم تصنيف أفراد العينة عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين، إحداهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة، قوام كل منها (10) أفراد، وتم تطبيق مقياس السلوك الإيثاري، ومقياس الأمن النفسي والبرنامج الإرشادي الانتقائي التكاملي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: 1. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات تلاميذ وتلميذات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي، ومتوسطات رتب درجاتهم في القياس البعدي، على مقياس السلوك الإيثاري في اتجاه القياس البعدي. 2. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات تلاميذ وتلميذات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي، ومتوسطات رتب درجاتهم في القياس البعدي، على مقياس الأمن النفسي في اتجاه القياس البعدي. 3. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات تلاميذ وتلميذات المجموعة التجريبية، ومتوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي على مقياس السلوك الإيثاري في اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق البرنامج. 4. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات تلاميذ وتلميذات المجموعة التجريبية، ومتوسطات رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي على مقياس الأمن النفسي في اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق البرنامج. 5. عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات تلاميذ وتلميذات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي، ومتوسطات رتب درجاتهم في القياس التتبعي على مقياس السلوك الإيثاري. 6. عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات تلاميذ وتلميذات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي، ومتوسطات رتب درجاتهم في القياس التتبعي على مقياس الأمن النفسي.

The present study aimed to develop the ethical behavior of the children of the first cycle of basic education by designing an integrative selective program, testing its effectiveness and its impact on psychological security, on a sample of 20 male and female students aged (9-12) years, and random classification of the sample into two groups, one experimental and the other is control of 10 members each. The measure of altruistic behavior, psychological security measure and integrated selective extension program were applied. The study concluded: 1. There are statistically significant differences between the average grade levels of the male and female students of the experimental group in the tribal measurement, and their grade levels in the telemetry, on the measure of altruistic behavior in the direction of telemetry. 2. There are statistically significant differences between the average grade levels of the male and female students of the experimental group in the tribal measurement, and the averages of their grades in the telemetry, on the measure of psychological security in the direction of telemetry. 3. There are statistically significant differences between the average grade level of the male and female students of the experimental group, and the mean scores of the members of the control group in the telemetry on the measure of altruistic behavior in the direction of the experimental group after the application of the program. 4. There are statistically significant differences between the average grade levels of the male and female students of the experimental group, and the mean scores of the members of the control group in the post-measurement on the measure of psychological security in the direction of the experimental group after the application of the program. 5. There are no statistically significant differences between the average grade levels of the male and female students of the experimental group in the telemetry, and the mean scores of their degrees in the sequential measurement on the measure of altruistic behavior. 6. There are no statistically significant differences between the average grade levels of the male and female students of the experimental group in the post-measurement, and the mean scores of their grades in the sequential measurement on the measure of psychological security.
