520 |a لقد تحددت مشكلة البحث في الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس التالي.\nس- إلى أي مدى تؤثر النظرة الاجتماعية للمعلم في مهنة التدريس؟ ولكي يكون السؤال أكثر وضوحاً تم تحديده في خمسة أبعاد وهي بالترتيب على النحو الآتي - النظرة الشخصية نحو المهنة، النظرة نحو السمات الشخصية للمعلم، والتقييم الشخصي لقدراته المهنية، ومستقبل المهنة، ونظرة المجتمع نحو المهنة.\nواستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي أمّا عن أداة البحث فقد تمّ استخدام مقياس اتجاهات المعلمين نحو مهنة التدريس من إعداد (عنايات زكي) وتم تطبيقه على عينة البحث التي بلغ عدد أفرادها (159) معلماً ومعلمة ببلدية المرقب على اختلاف تخصصاتهم الأدبية (اللغة العربية، اللغة الإنجليزية، التاريخ، الجغرافيا(، والعلمية (أحياء، كيمياء، فيزياء، رياضيات، حاسب آلي( وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام حساب النسبة المئوية لأبعاد البحث الخمسة.\nوتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية:\n1- فيما يتعلق بالبعد الأول وهو نظرة المعلمين نحو مهنة التدريس، كانت النتائج إيجابية وبنسبة 59.28% من إجمالي عينة البحث.\n2- أما البعد الثاني وهو النظرة نحو السمات الشخصية للمدرس، فجاءت النتائج سلبية وبنسبة 68.34% من إجمالي عينة البحث.\n3- أما البعد الثالث وهو التقييم الشخصي لقدرات المعلم المهنية، فإن النتائج كانت إيجابية وبنسبة 66.27% من إجمالي عينة البحث.\n4- أما عن البعد الرابع من أبعاد البحث وهو مستقبل المهنة، فإن النتائج جاءت إيجابية أيضاً وبنسبة 59.75% من إجمالي عينة البحث.\n5- وفيما يتعلق بالبعد الخامس من أبعاد البحث وهو نظرة المجتمع نحو مهنة التدريس فجاءت النتائج سلبية وبنسبة 45.50% من إجمالي عينة البحث.\n 
520 |f The problem of searching has been determined to the answer to the next main question.\nQ - To what extent does the teacher's social perception affect the teaching profession? To be clearer, the question has been identified in five dimensions, which are in the following order - the personal perception of the profession, the perception of the teacher's personal characteristics, the personal assessment of his professional abilities, the future of the profession, and the perception of society towards the profession.\nThe researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, as for the research tool, the measure of teachers' attitudes towards the teaching profession was used by (Enayat Zaki) and applied to the research sample which reached (159) teachers in the municipality of Marqab on different literary specialties (Arabic language, English language, history, geography), scientific specialties (biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer) and data were analyzed using the percentage calculation of the five research dimensions.\nThe research reached the following results:\n1- With regard to the first dimension, which is the teachers' perception of the teaching profession, the results were positive, with 59.28% of the total research sample.\n2. The second dimension, which is the perception of the personal characteristics of the teacher, the results were negative and with 68.34% of the total research sample.\n3. As for the third dimension, the personal assessment of the teacher's professional abilities, the results were positive, and 66.27% of the total research sample.\n4. As for the fourth dimension of research, namely the future of the profession, the results were also positive, with 59.75% of the total research sample.\n5- With regard to the fifth dimension of research, which is the view of society towards the teaching profession, the results were negative, with 45.50% of the total research sample.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
