المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة المديرين للقيادة التحويلية، وعلاقتها بالصحة التنظيمية، في مدارس التعليم الأساسي بسلطنة عمان. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي من خلال استخدام أداتين، الأولى: استبانة القيادة التحويلية وتكونت من (... 33 مفردة)، لقياس درجة ممارسة المديرين للقيادة التحويلية في مدارس التعليم الأساسي، والثانية مقياس (OHI-E) وتكون من (... 37 مفردة) لقياس مستوى الصحة التنظيمية في مدارس التعليم الأساسي من وجهة نظر المعلمين, وتم توزيع أداتي الدراسة على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، بلغ حجمها (504) معلما ومعلمة، وبعد تحليل البيانات أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة المديرين للقيادة التحويلية في مدارس التعليم الأساسي بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر معلميهم كبيرة, وأن مستوى الصحة التنظيمية في مدارس التعليم الأساسي بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مدارسهم مرتفع، وأنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة المديرين للقيادة التحويلية، وبين متوسط تقديراتهم لمستوى الصحة التنظيمية في مدارسهم. وأوصى الباحثون بالاستمرار في تدريب المديرين على ممارسات أبعاد القيادة التحويلية؛ لتكون لديهم تصورات واضحة عن أهمية القيادة التحويلية؛ من أجل ترجمتها في الواقع الفعلي، متابعة مستوى الصحة التنظيمية في مدارس التعليم الأساسي، وذلك باستخدام (OHI) مقياس الصحة التنظيمية بين فترة وأخرى؛ للتأكد من مستوى الصحة التنظيمية في مدارس التعليم الأساسي بسلطنة عمان.

This study aimed to identify the degree of schools principals transformational leadership and its relationship with organizational health in basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman ,In order to fulfill this aims ,the researchers adopted the analytical descriptive method, by using two tools one is transformational leadership questionnaire to measure the degree of principals practice on transformational leadership in basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman , and the other organizational health (OHI) measure for measuring the organizational health level in basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman from the perspective of teachers ,The tools created of (70) items have been found correlation and reliability , The researcher distribute the tools on the study sample was randomly selected from the study population ,a total of (504) teachers,, After analysis of the data indicated that the results show The degree of the principals practice transformational leadership in basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman from the perspective of their teachers is (3.58) of a large degree of practice,, Organizational Health level in basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman from the perspective of the teachers in their schools is (2.74) and high level,, There is a direct positive correlation Statistically significant Between the mean perceptions of the study sample for The degree of principals transformational leadership,, And between the mean perceptions for the level organizational health in their schools. The researchers recommended to Continue for principals practice on transformational leadership skills; to have clear perceptions about the importance of transformational leadership; to be applied and practice in their schools,, and follow up the level of organizational health in primary schools using (OHI-E) organizational health measure from time to time; to make sure of the organizational health level In the schools in sultanate of Oman.
