تعتبر مرحلة الطفولة كالزهرة الجميلة كلما اعتنينا بها تفتحت وترعرعت وكلما أهملناها ذبلت وانغلقت على نفسها ولذلك يجب الاهتمام بها، ويعد الطفل اليتيم طفل له ظروفه الاجتماعية الخاصة التي يفتقد الحنان والحب ويغلب علية طابع الحزن والاكتئاب ويعتبر تعلم مبادئ العزف والغناء على اله البيانو من الآلات المحببة لدى الأطفال لما تبعث لهم من فرحة وبهجة وسرور وتساعده على التغلب على اضطراباته السلوكية وأيضا على الوحدة بالحرمان والاكتئاب والقلق فتجعله يتأقلم ويتكيف مع الظروف البيئية المحيطة به. وتعتبر دور الرعاية الاجتماعية هي المساعد على تكوين شخصية الطفل وتقويم سلوكه وتنمية بعض القيم الاجتماعية والعادات وتحاول تعويضه عن أسرته. وسوف تتناول الباحثة البرنامج تجريبي يعتمد على مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية تشمل مجموعة من الأطفال الأيتام وعددهم (١٠) للتدريب على تعلم مبادئ العزف والغناء على اله البيانو وقد استخدمت الباحثة تدريبات ومقطوعات لتعلم الخمس أصابع على اله البيانو والتحقق من صدق المحكمين على البرنامج المقترح وتم الاستطلاع رأى الخبراء اختتم البحث بالنتائج والتوصيات المقترحة ومراجع البحث ثم الملخص والملاحق.
