لاحظت الباحثة إن معظم نماذج التصميم التعليمي للتعلم الإلكتروني المستخدمة حاليا، تصب اهتمامها فقط على التفاعل بين الإنسان وجهاز الحاسب الآلي من خلال اللغة اللفظية فقط حسب طبيعة المحتوى، ولا يوجد من بين هذه النماذج نموذجا للتصميم التعليمي الإلكتروني الموجة لمجال الفنون التشكيلية وبالأخص التربية الفنية، لما لمقررات التربية الفنية طبيعة خاصة، كونها ترتكز على الاتصال البصري والاهتمام بالمثير البصري في المقام الأول، سواء في دراسة الأعمال الفنية والصور والرسوم.... الخ، لذا حاولت الدراسة توفير نموذج لتصميم التعليم الإلكتروني لمقررات التربية الفنية من المنظور البنائي، حيث يتطلب تهيئة الفرد للمشاركة في التعلم النشط لبناء المعرفة واستخدامها، حيث تركز البنائية على المعرفة التي تبنى خبرة المتعلم ومدركاته، فالبنائية تسلم بأن كل ما يبنى بوساطة المتعلم يصبح ذا معنى عنده، حيث يخرج من إطار التلقين المجرد إلى المعرفة عن طريق الفهم والاستيعاب وصولا إلى التقويم، ويهدف البحث بتحليل محتوى بعض نماذج تصميم التعليم الإلكتروني للوصول لبناء نموذج لتصميم التعليم الإلكتروني لمقررات التربية الفنية عبر الويب من المنظور البنائي، واشتمل النموذج المقترح على ثلاث مراحل رئيسية وهي المرحلة الأولى:( مدخلات Input) وتشتمل على التخطيط والتحليل Planning & Analysis، والمرحلة الثانية: (عمليات Process) وتشتمل على: التصميم Design- الإنتاج Production- التجريب والتطوير Experimentation & Development، وأخيرا المرحلة الثالثة: (مخرجات Output) وتشتمل على: النشر والاستخدام Publishing & Use- التقويم Evaluation.

Etc., so the study attempted to provide a model for the design of the e education decisions of technical education of constructivist learning perspective, where requires the creation of the individual to participate in active learning to build and use knowledge, where constructivist focus on knowledge which build experience a recognizes that all build learner mediation become meaningful him, where out of the framework of indoctrination scraper to knowledge through understanding and assimilation, access to the calendar, the aim of the research and analysis of the content of some design models of the e-education/building a model for the design of the e-education decisions of technical education web constructivist learning perspective, and included the proposed prototype of the three main stages: the first stage: (Input) and include planning and analysis, second stage: (the Process) and include: design – Production- Experimentation and Development, finally the third stage: (output) include: Publishing & Use - Evaluation.
