أصبحت ريادة الأعمال مطلب اجتماعي واقتصادي متعدد المستويات ووسيلة جيدة لحل مشكلة المرأة المعيلة بشكل عام والمقيمة في محافظة الفيوم بشكل خاص (حيث إنها تعد من أفقر المحافظات في جمهورية مصر العربية)، لتنمية المعارف والمهارات التي تقود المرأة المعيلة إلى النجاح في سوق العمل وفق الحرف اليدوية المنتشرة في محافظة الفيوم. لذا رأت الباحثة أن تطرق هذا المجال لتطوير أساليب تفكير المرأة المعيلة وإكسابها بعض السلوكيات الريادية. فقد هدف البحث إلى تحديد مهارات ريادة الأعمال للمرأة المعيلة بقرى محافظة الفيوم، وتصميم برنامج قائم على أشغال الخيامية بالإضافة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية هذا البرنامج لتنمية مهارات ريادة الأعمال للمرأة المعيلة بقرى محافظة الفيوم. فقامت الباحثة بإعداد وتطبيق أدوات البحث على عينة من السيدات الريفيات عددهم 20 سيدة معيلة من قرى محافظة الفيوم. وقد أسفرت النتائج عن الإجابة علي تساؤلات البحث فقد تم تحديد مهارات ريادة الأعمال اللازمة للمرأة المعيلة وفق الحرف اليدوية المنتشرة بقرى محافظة الفيوم، وتم تصميم برنامج قائم على أشغال الخيامية للتدريب علي مهارات ريادة الأعمال للمرأة المعيلة بقرى محافظة الفيوم، بالإضافة إلى إثبات وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات العينة البحثية (في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي) لصالح التطبيق البعدي مما يدل على إن التدريب قد أدى إلى تنمية مهارات ريادة الأعمال، ومهارات فن الخيامسة للمرأة المعيلة بقرى محافظة الفيوم.
Entrepreneurship has become a multi-level social and economic demand and a good way to solve the problem of women in general and residing in Fayoum governorate in particular. It is one of the poorest governorates in the Arab Republic of Egypt to develop the knowledge and skills that lead women to success in the market. Work according to the handicrafts deployed in Fayoum Governorate. Therefore, the researcher saw that this field was discussed to develop the methods of thinking of the women who are dependent and to provide them with some pioneering behaviors. The aim of the research was to identify the entrepreneurial skills of the women who work in the villages of Fayoum governorate, design a program based on the Khayyamy works, and the effectiveness of this program to develop the entrepreneurial skills of the women who work in Fayoum governorate. The researcher prepared and applied the research tools to a sample of 20 rural women from the villages of Fayoum governorate. The results were found to answer the research questions. The required entrepreneurial skills were determined for the female breadwinner according to the handicrafts prevalent in the villages of Fayoum governorate. The program was designed based on the Khayyamiyah training on the skills of entrepreneurship for the woman who is employed in Fayoum governorate. (In the pre - and post - test) for the benefit of the post - implementation, indicating that the training has led to the development of entrepreneurial skills for women who feed them in the villages of Fayoum governorate.
