|a ينهض البحث بمعالجة قضية ترعى مصالح العباد مراعاة شاملة، تربوية واجتماعية، ألا وهي قضية حضانة المرأة العاملة، تلك المرأة التي تجمع بين عملها خارج المنزل وبين حضانتها للطفل داخل المنزل، إذ تناول تعريف الحضانة من الناحية اللغوية والاصطلاحية، وتبيان صاحب الحق فيها، ومن ثم عرض لأقوال الفقهاء قديما وحديثا مع ذكر أدلتهم ومناقشتها، علاوة على التعرض للجانب القانوني في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، بذكر موقف قانون الأحوال الشخصية المعمول به في الدولة وموقف محاكم الاستئناف من خلال قراراتها المتعددة بهذا الصدد، للتوصل إلى نتيجة البحث وفائدته المرجوة بتوفيق الله تعالى .

A presentation of the jurisprudence of the scholars, both old and new, with the mention of their evidence and their discussion, as well as the exposure to the legal aspect, mentioning the position of the personal status law in force in the country and the position of the courts of appeal through its various decisions in this regard to reach the result of the research and its usefulness.
