المستخلص: The rapid fall in prices on the international oil market has come to light; once again; the extreme fragility of the Algerian economic system. Building a more diversified economy that is less dependent on the performance of the hydrocarbon production and export sector alone is essential. The Algerian economy needs diversification to annihilate the Dutch syndrome that characterizes the Algerian economic system. Also, fundamental measures are necessary for an economic emergence in Algeria. The main objective of our article is to highlight the main levers to be implemented in this context.

La chute rapide des cours sur le marche pétrolier international, est venue révéler; encore une fois; l’extrême fragilité du système économique Algérien. La construction d’une économie plus diversifiée et moins dépendantes des performances du seul secteur de la production et des exportations d’hydrocarbures est primordiale. L’économie algérienne a besoin d’une diversification pour annihiler le syndrome hollandais qui caractérise le système économique Algérien. Aussi, des mesures fondamentales s’imposent pour une émergence économique en Algérie. L’objectif principal de notre article est de mettre en exergue les principaux leviers à mettre en oeuvre dans ce cadre.
