المستخلص: The main idea of this work is that our economy needs diversification to put an end to the Dutch disease that characterizes our economic system, as the Algerian economy is 98% dependent on hydrocarbon exports. On the other hand, this paper aims to highlight the importance of sustainable development culture for an emergence of the Algerian economy. Among the main results of our work is that the public authorities must implement structural reform in order to increase the diversification of the economy and promote sustainable development.

L’objectif central de notre travail est le suivant : notre économie a besoin d’une diversification afin que nous puissions mettre un terme au syndrome hollandais qui caractérise notre système économique. L’économie algérienne dépend à 98% de la rente liée aux exportations des hydrocarbures. D’autre part mettre en relief l’importance de la culture du développement durable pour une émergence de l’économie algérienne. Parmi les résultats principaux de notre travail : il ya lieu que les pouvoirs publics mettent en oeuvre une réforme structurelle afin d’accentuer la diversification de notre économie et favoriser le développement durable.
