|
|f Procedural law regulates the means of protecting individuals' rights and imposes certain formalities that provide legal protection for the holders of such rights. If the presumptions of procedural action were made available, that act was valid, and all legal consequences had arisen. If these requirements are not met, the legislator provides penalties, including inadmissibility of the case. Since labor disputes are private in terms of the conditions for their filing, in addition to the general conditions laid down, the legislator has a duty to attach his petition to the record of lack of reconciliation and respect for the time limits set out in article 504 of Civil and Administrative Procedural Law. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021

|a إن القانون الإجرائي ينظم وسائل حماية حقوق الأفراد، ويفرض شكليات معينة تحقق الحماية القانونية لأصحاب هذه الحقوق. وإذا توافرت مفترضات العمل الإجرائي كان هذا العمل صحيحا وترتبت جميع الآثار القانونية. أما إذا لم تتوافر هذه المقتضيات فإن المشرع يرتب جزاءات من بينها عدم قبول الدعوى ولكون المنازعات العمالية ذات خصوصية من حيث شروط رفعها فإضافة للشروط العامة المنصوص عليها واجب المشرع على رافع الدعوى إرفاق عريضته بمحضر عدم الصلح واحترام الآجال المنصوص عليها في المادة 504 ق إ م إ.

|d Le droit procédural régit les moyens de protéger les droits des individus et impose certaines formalités qui offrent une protection juridique aux titulaires de ces droits. Si des hypothèses procédurales sont disponibles, ce travail est correct et tous les effets juridiques sont arrangés. Outre les conditions générales stipulées par la loi, le législateur doit joindre la requête au cas de non-conciliation et respecter les délais prescrits à l'article 504 procédure civil et administrative algérien .
