The Algerian economy has experienced a period of financial improvement from the early 2000s, due to oil revenues, which contributed greatly to economic programsboost, but the fall in the price of oil some time ago did appear for financial problems for the State. In this paper we study the impact of governance in the reduction of public expenditure and domestic investment by using an econometric model of the period 1996 to 2014. We found that it has a positive impact to reduce spending, which represents an interesting alternative for the current economic situation. L'économie Algérienne a connu une période d'embellie financière à partir des années 2000, grâce à la rente pétrolière, ce qui a grandement contribué aux programmes de relance économique, mais la chute des prix du pétrole il y a quelque temps a fait apparaitre des difficultés financières pour l’état. Dans ce papier nous étudions l'impact de la gouvernance dans la diminution des dépenses publiques et l’investissement intérieur à travers un modèle économétrique de la période 1996 à 2014. Nous avons trouvé qu'elle a un impact positif pour réduire les dépenses, ce qui représente une alternative intéressante pour la conjoncture actuelle. |
