المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشروعات الريادية ودور حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية في تدعيم دورها من أجل تحقيق التنمية داخل المجتمع المصري، فهي تلعب دورا هاما في اقتصاديات العديد من دول العالم، باعتبارها من أبرز محركات النمو الاقتصادي، ولكن مع تسارع معدلات التغيير واشتداد المنافسة بين المنظمات زادت أهمية هذا الموضوع وتناولته العديد من العلوم في جميع المجالات المختلفة عن طريق الاستثمار في رأس المال البشرى باعتباره أفضل أنواع رأس المال ولكن ستظل قيمته محدودة إذا لم تستغل الاستغلال الأفضل في الاقتصاد، ولن يتم ذلك إلا من خلال تنمية القدرات البشرية؛ لذا حاولت حاضنات الأعمال السعي لتقديم العديد من الأدوار من خلال تقديم الدعم لرواد الأعمال. كما ركزت الدراسة على اختيار حاضنات أعمال تكنولوجية تابعه لمراكز البحوث بداخل كل من مدينة طنطا ومدينة دمياط تابعة لمركز بحوث تنمية إقليم وسط الدلتا، ومن هنا تم اختيار عينة عمدية تتكون من حاضنتان. الأولى: "حاضنة نسيج التكنولوجية"، والثانية: "حاضنة وثبة للأثاث بدمياط". واستخدمت الباحثة المقابلة المتعمقة بوصفها أداه لجمع البيانات من خلال تصميم دليل مقابلة، وقامت بتطبيقه على الحالات محل الدراسة، ودليل أخر تم تطبيقيه على الحاضنة نفسها بما فيها الجانب الإداري والجانب الفني، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى اهتمام الحاضنات بخلق وتدعيم القدرة الابتكارية لدى الشباب، والعمل على نشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال والربط بين مخرجات البحث العلمي وتحويله إلى سلع يمكن الاستفادة منها على أرض الواقع. ريادة الأعمال لها أثر واضح وإيجابيي على النواحي الاقتصادية والتقليل من نسب البطالة، وتوفير فرص عمل جديدة، بالإضافة إلى تشجيع العمل الحر، وحب المخاطرة، والاستثمار وتحمل المسئولية، تأمين الدخل الكافي، والرضا الشخصي.

The study aims to identify entrepreneurship projects and the role of technology business incubators in enhancing their role for achieving development in the Egyptian society since they play an important role in the economies of many countries around the world as one of the most prominent engines of economic growth". However, with the acceleration of the rates of change and' the intensification of competition between the organizations, the importance of this topic has increased and has been addressed by numerous, sciences in all various fields through the investment in the human capital as the best kind of capital though its value will remain limited if it is not best exploited in economy. This will be done only through the human capacity development; so business incubators have attempted to offer many roles through providing support to entrepreneurs. The study focuses also on selecting technology business incubators affiliated to research centers in Tanta city and Damietta city which are also affiliated to the Research Center for the Development of Central Delta Region" in Tanta City. Thus, a purposive sample has been chosen. It consists of two incubators: “The Technological incubator of Textile (Naseej) and “Wathba Incubator for Furniture in Damietta”. The researcher has used in-depth interviewing as a data collection tool through designing an interview guide, and has applied it to the cases under study. She also has applied another guide to the incubator itself including the administrative and the technical side. The study has concluded that incubators are interested in creating and strengthening the creative capacity of youth, spreading the culture of entrepreneurship, linking between the outputs of the scientific research, and turning them into items that can be utilized on the ground. Entrepreneurship has a clear and positive impact on economic aspects, reducing unemployment rates, providing new job opportunities, promoting self-employment, risk addiction, investment, taking responsibility, securing adequate income, and personal satisfaction.
