يختلف منهج التفسير الموضوعي عن غيره من مناهج التفسير التحليلي أو الإجمالي أو المقارن، فهو يعتمد على الموضوعات القرآنية، والمعاني والإشارات الدقيقة، والتدبر في آيات القرآن الكريم بعمق وأفق أوسع، وتذوق للبيان والأسلوب الرصين، فإن الله تعالى يفتح على عبده أبواب معرفته بحيث يقف على أسرار كتابه، واستنباط العلاقة بين آياته وسوره، وربط قضاياه بعضها ببعض، ثم إخراج هذه المعاني في قالب متناسق مترابط متصل مثل عقد فريد من الجوهر، يبرز وجها من وجوه التفرد والترتيب والتنسيق المعجز. ويعد مفهوم "الوحدة الموضوعية" من أهم القضايا التي يحتاج الباحث في التفسير الموضوعي إلى إدراك ماهيته، وفهم سر كينونته في السور القرآنية، خاصة مع اختلاف الباحثين في وضع مفهوم واضح متفق عليه لهذا المصطلح. ولذلك بينت في المبحث الأول مفهوم التفسير الموضوعي، وأهم ما يتعلق بالوحدة الموضوعية من مصطلحات وهي: الوحدانية، والترتيب، والمناسبة، وخلصت إلى المعنى المختار لما أسميته: نظرية الوحدة الموضوعية. وفي المبحث الثاني أكدت على أن القرآن الكريم وحدة منتظمة، وأظهرت حقيقة الوحدة الموضوعية في السورة القرآنية، من خلال القضايا في السورة القرآنية وعلاقتها بالوحدة الموضوعية للسورة. وخلصت إلى نتيجة مفادها: أن نظرية الوحدة الموضوعية، وهو القسم الهام من منهج التفسير الموضوعي، وهو القسم المشكل فيه عند العلماء؛ حقيقة في السورة القرآنية، فالوحدانية والترتيب والتناسب من أهم مميزات النص القرآني، والذي من خلال هذه المصطلحات تبرز بجلاء معالم الوحدة الموضوعية في النصوص القرآنية.
Objective interpretation is different from other analytical, aggregate or comparative approaches, it relies on Qur'anic themes, meanings and precise references, reflection in the verses of the Qur'an with a deeper and broader horizon, and a taste for the statement and sober style, Allah opens the doors of knowledge so that Allah stands on the secrets of the Book, and devise the relationship between the verses and surah, and link the issues to each other, and then output these meanings in a coherent and consistent template such as a unique contract of essence, emerges a facet of uniqueness, arrangement and miraculous coordination. The concept of "substantive unity" is considered one of the most important issues that the researcher needs in the objective interpretation to understand what it is, and to understand the mystery of its existence in the Quranic surahs, especially with the difference of researchers in the development of a clear and agreed upon the term. Therefore, in the first section I explained the concept of objective interpretation, and the most important thing related to the unity of the substantive terms: Oneness, arrangement and occasion, and concluded to the chosen meaning of what I called: the theory of objective unity. In the second section, I emphasized that the Holy Qur'an is a regular unit and showed the reality of the objective unity in the Qur'anic Surah through the issues in the Qur'anic Surah and its relationship to the substantive unity of the Qur'an. I concluded that the theory of objective unity, which is an important part of the methodology of objective interpretation, which is the section formed by scientists; truth in the Koranic Surah, oneness, arrangement and proportionality of the most important characteristics of the Koranic text, which through these terms clearly highlights the features of substantive unity in Quranic texts.
