التعلم المقلوب أحد المداخل الحديثة التي يمكن أن تساعد على مواجهة الأساليب التقليدية في عملية التعليم والوصول إلى دمج التكنولوجيا بشكل إيجابي، كما أنه يهدف إلى تنمية مستوى مهارات التفكير عند المتعلمين، فهو يركز على كيفية الاستفادة من استخدام المداخل التكنولوجية في العملية التعليمية. ويعتبر التشكيل على المانيكان فن تشكيلي تطبيقي لما له من خصائص توفر للمصمم تحرر الفكر والتعبير عن أحاسيسه وتمكنه من إنتاج تصميمات فنية مبتكرة، فهو أسلوب راقي يحتاج إلى مهارة عالية وقدرة على الابتكار لإنتاج تصميمات متميزة، وذلك عن طريق ترتيب وتنسيق عناصر التشكيل في تكوين موحد وإيجاد علاقات وظيفية وجمالية في آن واحد تجسد فكرة الفنان في صورة تصميمات لأزياء تتسم بالإبداع. هدف البحث إلي: 1- استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب لرفع كفاءة الطالبات العلمية لمواكبة متطلبات العصر الحديث. 2- قياس أثر توظيف استراتيجية التعلم المقلوب في تحصيل الطالبات للمعارف وأداء المهارات الخاصة بالتشكيل على المانيكان. 3- ملاحقة التطورات التكنولوجية السريعة في العصر الحديث وما يتطلبه ذلك من تنمية قدرات ومهارات. توصل البحث إلي: 1- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي والاختبار المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 2- توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي لصالح التطبيق البعدي. 3- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار المهاري لصالح التطبيق البعدي. أوصي البحث بـ: 1- الانفتاح على العالم والاطلاع على الأساليب الحديثة في التعليم من خلال دمج الاستراتيجيات التعليمية الحديثة مع التقنيات الحديثة وذلك من اجل زيادة فعالية العملية التعليمية. 2- تشجيع الباحثين وبخاصة تخصص التشكيل على المانيكان باستخدام التكنولوجية الحديثة في تعلم المهارات المختلفة لإعداد طالبات على مستوى عالي من الكفاءة والمهارة. 3- حث القائمين بتطوير المقررات بالاهتمام باستخدام الوسائل التعليمية الحديثة لمواكبة التطور الحديث في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم للوصول إلى الجودة المطلوبة. 4- تنظيم مؤتمرات دولية للاطلاع على الجديد في التشكيل على المانيكان لإكساب الخبرات المعرفية والمهارية. 5- استخدام أنواع أخري من الاستراتيجيات التعليمية الحديثة ومقارنتها بالطريقة المستخدمة
