| 520 | |b The purpose of our contribution is to analyze the relevance of local public economic actions put in place by the central government and local authorities to boost local dynamics. Our problematic is to understand the reasons for the delays in the realization of the local public projects of development. To do this, we approached the heads of the municipalities of the wilaya of Tizi- Ouzou through direct interviews. These interviews have shown us that these programs face several obstacles that we can summarize in three elements: insufficient funding allocated, low territorial mobilization of resources and the inefficiency of governance. | ||
| 520 | |d L’objet de notre contribution est d’analyser la pertinence des actions publiques économiques locales mises en place par l’État central et les collectivités territoriales pour booster des dynamiques locales. Notre problématique est de comprendre les raisons des retards dans la réalisation des projets publics locaux de développement .Pour ce faire, nous nous sommes rapprochées des responsables des communes de la wilaya de Tizi- Ouzou à travers des entretiens directs. Ces entretiens nous ont montrés que ces programmes rencontrent plusieurs obstacles que nous pouvons résumer en trois éléments : insuffisance des financements alloués, faible mobilisation territoriale des ressources et à l’inefficacité de la gouvernance. | ||
