المستخلص: كثيرا ما نسمع عن معاناة الأمة اليهودية قديما وحديثا، والباحث في أحوالهم في بلاد المغرب القديم يجدهم قد تعرضوا لكثير من التضييق والتشريد والفتك خلال الاحتلال النصراني خاصة مرحلة الاستعمار (الروماني والبيزنطي) مع تمتعهم بفترات من الحرية والاستقرار، وقد مثلت فترة الحكم الوندالي التي توسطت المرحلتين فرصة لليهود من اجل استجماع أمورهم وترقية مجتمعهم في جو من الأمن والاستقرار، ولما أضحت بلاد المغارب تحت الحكم الإسلامي وجد الشعب اليهودي أسمى مظاهر التسامح والتعايش من المسلمين رعية وحكاما، إلاّ في فترات متفرقة أّين ضيق نوعا ما على اليهود، سواء نتيجة لسوء تصرف اليهود أنفسهم تجاه الدولة المسلمة أو المجتمع، أو كان نتيجة لتوجه الدولة بحد ذاتها كما كان الحال في الدولة الموحدية في مرحلتها الأولى (مرحلة التأسيس)، غير أن اليهود وكعادتهم كانوا يستغلون الأوضاع كلما سمحت لهم الظروف من أجل تحقيق أهدافهم السياسية والاقتصادية، وذلك باستعمال كل الطرق المتاحة حتى ولو كانت بالوسائل الملتوية وهذا ما عرضهم للاضطهاد النصراني، على خلاف المسلمين الذين واصلوا سياسة العدل تجاههم ولم يقتصر الحال على هذا فقط بل تطور بهم الأمر حتى تقريبهم من بلاط الحكم مما أثار سخط وغضب الرعية والعلماء.

Nous entendons souvent parler de la souffrance des Juifs et, dans tous ces cas, vous constaterez que les Juifs ont été soumis à de nombreuses restrictions pendant l'occupation chrétienne, en particulier pendant la phase coloniale (romaine et byzantine). A l’exception de courte périodes de répits ou ils ont bénéficié de liberté et de stabilité; la colonisation du vandale de l'ex-Maghreb qui a officié au cours des deux phases a été une occasion pour les Juifs de se rassembler et de promouvoir leur communauté, dans un climat de sécurité et de stabilité, et lorsque les pays du Maghreb se trouvent sous domination de l'islam, le peuple juif a trouvé des formes plus élevées de tolérance et de coexistence des musulmans société et souverains; Cela ne veut pas dire qu’il n ya pas eu harcèlement des Juifs mais dans des cas isolées, suite a la faute des Juifs envers l'État et la société musulmane, ou à la suite de la politique menée par l'État lui-même, comme ce fut le cas lors de la première phase de l'État almohade (phase de fondation). cependant, les Juifs, comme d’habitude, ont profité de la situation chaque fois que les circonstances le permettaient, afin d’atteindre leurs objectifs politiques et économiques, en utilisant toutes les méthodes disponibles, même s’ils se trouvaient sur des routes tordues. Est- cela qui les a conduits à la persécution chrétienne, contrairement aux musulmans qui ont poursuivi la politique de justice à leur égard, non seulement cela s'est produit, mais ils ont évolué jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient réconciliés avec des sultans. Au point ou il a provoqué la colère de la communauté et les savants et croyants.

We often hear about the suffering of the Jewish nation in the past and present. The researcher, in their conditions in the countries of the ancient Maghreb, finds that they have been subjected to many restrictions, displacement, and lethality during the Christian occupation, especially the phase of colonialism (Roman and Byzantine) with their enjoyment of periods of freedom and stability. The period of Vandal rule, which was during the two phases, represented an opportunity for the Jews to gather their affairs and promote their society in an atmosphere of security and stability. When the Maghreb countries became under Islamic rule, the Jewish people found the highest manifestations of tolerance and coexistence from Muslim parishioners and rulers, except it was sporadically somewhat narrow for the Jews. It was whether a result of the misconduct of the Jews themselves towards the Muslim state or society or as a result of the direction of the state itself, as was the case in the Almohad state in its first stage (the foundation stage). However, as usual, Jews used to exploit the situation whenever conditions allowed them to achieve their political and economic goals, using all available methods, even if they were by crooked means. This exposed them to Christian persecution. Unlike the Muslims who continued the policy of justice towards them, and this was not only the case, but the matter developed until they brought them to the court, which provoked the anger and wrath of the parish and scholars.
