عنوان الدراسة: تتناول هذا الورقة "مواقع النشر الإلكتروني ودورها في تشكيل الرأي العام" دراسة تطبيقية على مواقع "سودانيز أونلاين-الراكوبة –سونا الإخباري". مشكلة الدراسة: تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في وجود ظاهرة جديدة وهي دور مواقع النشر الإلكتروني في تشكيل الرأي العام، ومدى دوافع مستخدمي تلك المواقع، وإشباع حاجاتهم من خلال تعرضهم لتلك المواقع الإلكترونية. أهداف الدراسة: تهدف الدراسة إلى: 1-الوقوف على الأساليب والوسائل التي تستخدمها المواقع الإلكترونية في عملية النشر وبيان أهدافها. 2-معرفة خصائص الجمهور المتصفح لهذه المواقع ومدى تأثيرها عليه. 3-الوقوف على الكيفية التي يتم عبرها تشكيل الرأي العام عبر المواقع الإلكترونية. 4-التعرف على الإشباعات المتحققة من استخدام وسيلة النشر الإلكتروني. 5-معرفة اتجاهات المتصفحين وحجم المشاركة النشطة وتشكيل بيئة الرأي العام. مجتمع الدراسة: ينحصر مجتمع الدراسة في مواقع النشر الإلكتروني السودانية التالية (سودانيز أونلاين -الراكوبة-سونا الإخباري)، وتتسم عينة البحث بأنها كبيرة الحجم، حيث تضم عدة فئات من طبقات المجتمع، وهو بذلك يعتبر مجتمعا متعدد الثقافات ومتنوع، ويختلف كل فرد في كل طبقة من الطبقات المختارة في كثير من المتغيرات عن نظيره بسبب التفاوت في المكون الثقافي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي بينهم، فهم يتمتعون بمستوى تعليمي متميز. منهج الدراسة: يستخدم الباحث منهج المسح بنظام العينة أو الحالة للفئات المختارة من المجتمع السوداني، وهو يعتبر منهجا علميا منظما يساعد في الحصول على المعلومات والخصائص التي تتعلق بالظاهرة موضوع الدراسة، كما أعتمد الباحث على صحيفة استبانة ليتعرف من خلالها على الآراء والأفكار والاتجاهات والانطباعات والتأثيرات المختلفة على مجتمع البحث.
The Research Problem: The media message, through the electronic this research tackles the issue of the ''Electronic publishing websites and their role in formation of the public opinion", Practical study on Sudanese on Line, Al-Rakoba, SUNA news website Publishing websites takes it chance for reading and watching by anyone who is able to use the Internet of the service, and in the same time, he can watch and read the other channels that are being used by others for the purpose of the so-called formation of the electronic public opinion. This case reveals a certain orientation or the move for a particular ideology belongs to a general experiment that was intended to be communicated to all the categories who use this tool or means of expression, communication and discussion. Thus, the public opinion be formed from the big category that visits the website, which is a large, effective and good means for communication, discussion and the exchange of views and expansion of awareness. The Research Objectives:- 1/ to be informed on the methods and means used by the electronic websites in the publishing process. 2/ to be informed on the means adopted in formation of the public opinion through the electronic websites. 3/ to be informed on the motives and needs realized through the use of the electronic publishing means. The Society and Sample of Research:- The society of research is confined to the persons browsing the Sudanese websites – Sudanese online, Alrakoba and SUNA news website and the other Internet websites. The sample of this research is characterized by largeness as it includes a number the society categories. It has included university lecturers, politicians, media men, university students and youths. Thus, this research society was a diverse and multi-cultural one. The Research Method:- The researcher tended to use the method of survey through the system of sample or the case for the categories selected from the Sudanese society. This method is regarded a scientific and organized one for getting the information and characteristics pertinent to the phenomenon and the subject of the study. The researcher depended on the means of survey and questionnaire in order to be informed on the views, ideas, orientations, impressions and the different effects on the research society and sample.
