المستخلص: أظهرت الدراسة أهم مصادر الضغوط التي يتعرض لها مدرسو التربية الخاصة الذين يقومون بالتدريس للإعاقات الثلاث ( البصرية ، السمعية ، العقلية ) ، كما وجدت الدراسة فروقاً دالة في بعض أبعاد القائمة الستة بين مدرسي المعاقين بصرياً وبين مدرسي المعاقين فكرياً من جهة ، وبين مدرسي المعاقين سمعيا وبين مدرسي المعاقين فكرياً من جهة أخري ، ولم توجد فروق دالة بين مدرسي المعاقين بصريا وبين مدرسي المعاقين سمعياً في أبعاد قائمة مصادر الضغوط ، كما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً في بعض أبعاد القائمة الستة بين مدرسي التربية الخاصة تبعاً للجنس ، ووجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً بينهم في كل أبعاد القائمة تبعاً للعمر ، ولم توجد فروق دالة بينهم تبعاً للخبرة .

The Study aims at: 1- Revealing the sources of psychological stresses that affects on the teacher of special education at Aswan Governote. 2- Revealing the degree of the sources of psychological stress special education teachers. 3- Knowing nature of the relationship between psychological stresses and age, experience and sex for special education teachers. Sample of the study: The main sample of the study is consisted of (58) special education teachers who work with mental handicapped, (33) teachers who work with audile handicapped and (17) teachers who work with visual handicapped. Total is(108) person. Hypothesis of the study: 1- There are no significant statistical differences between special education teachers in the sources of stress according to the kind of handicapped. 2- There are no significant statistical differences between males and females of special education teachers in the sources of stresses. 3- There are no significant statistical differences in the sources of stress for special education teachers according to (age - period of experience). Results of the study: The study reveals the most important sources of stress that face special education teachers who teach the ( visual, audile, mental) handicapped. There are also significant differences in some of the six dimensions of the list between teachers of the visual handicapped, teachers of the audile handicapped and teachers of the mental handicapped. There are no significant differences between teachers of the visual handicapped and teachers of the audile handicapped in six dimensions of the sources of stress list. There are also significant statistical differences in some dimensions of the list between the special education teachers according to sex. There are also significant statistical differences between them in most of the dimensions of the list according to age. While there are no significant differences between them according to experience.
