أن سماع كلمة (تعذيب) في هذا العصر من شأنها أن تثير استهجان النفس البشرية والضمير الإنساني. ألا أن هذا الفعل في العصور العابرة كان أسلوبا متبعا في انتزاع الاعتراف من المتهم ويمكن أن أقول انه استمر هذا الأسلوب في كل دول العالم حتي الأن رغم جهود رجال القانون والفلاسفة والمنظمات الدولية لمكافحة وهو ما بيناه في بحثنا هذا واشرنا ألي أن جريمة التعذيب من أكثر مواضع القانون خطورة وأهمية وأكدنا انه لا يمكن بناء بلد متحضر وفي أساسه تنخر آفة التعذيب بالإنسان وبصور متعددة ومنظمة كوسيلة لاستخراج المعلومات أو الحصول علي اعتراف أو لغرض التخويف والترهيب أو كشكل من أشكال العقوبة، وقد أوضحنا صور التعذيب التي يمكن أن يتعرض لها المجني عليه ودعونا لعدم استخدامها في التحقيق وبطلان أي اعتراف يصدر عنها، وأخيرا دعونا مشرعنا إلي إضافة عدد من النصوص في دستورنا القادم تعمل علي مناهضة جهة التعذيب.

Finally , we asked our legislator to add a number of texts in our next constitution act against the crime of torture.
