هدفت الدراسة لوضع بناء فلسفي للتنمية المستدامة لخريجى كلية التربية " رؤية تربوية عصرية وفق التنمية المستدامة " في الألفية الثالثة: ترتكز إلى فلسفة التربية العملية المنشودة وسياسة تدريب المعلمين أثناء الخدمة المأمولة في ظل رؤية تطوير عصرية لهيئة التدريس المنتظرة كما تساهم في تقديم رؤية مستقبلية تمكن المسئولين التربويين من التطوير المهني المستمر في تدريب المعلم ضمن تكامل منهجي كالاستنباط والاستقراء والوصف التحليلي الذي أعتمد على رصد واستقراء الواقع، وكشف العلاقات وأوجه القصور، كآلية للمنهج النقدي الذى يكشف شبكة العلاقات التي تربط المشكلة بما يحيط بها، وتوصلت لنتائج أهمها إستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة للمعلمين من الاستراتيجيات المطلوبة، نظرا للارتباط بين التعليم وحركة الإنتاج في المجتمع من جهة، وبين التعليم والتقدم العلمي والتقني من جهة أخرى ، ما طبق من مفردات التربية الحديثة في البلاد المتقدمة في مجال تدريب المعلم والاستفادة منها بما يتناسب مع ظروف إمكانيات نظام التعليم في كلية التربية ، فضلا عن دورات تدريبيه للمعلمين والمدراء والمشرفين التربويين أثناء الخدمة حول الأفكار التربوية الحديثة وكيفية تطبيقها في الميدان التربوي.
