يهدف البحث الحالي تحديد المتطلبات اللازم توفرها في عضو هيئة التدريس؛ لتطبيق التعليم الإلكتروني، وتحديد المتطلبات الخاصة بالبيئية التعليمية؛ لاستخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة، وتحديد المتطلبات الخاصة بتصميم المقرر؛ لاستخدام التعليم الإلكتروني، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لملائمة موضوع البحث، حيث تكونت عينة من (43) عضو هيئة تدريس بكلية التربية/ القبة، بواقع (30) ذكور، و(13) إناث من جامعة عمر المختار، وذلك بعد تطبيق استبيان لتحديد متطلبات التعليم الإلكتروني، كما استخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، النسب المئوية، معامل الارتباط، وأظهرت النتائج أن جميع متطلبات استخدم التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة مهمة بمتوسط حسابي (2.55) وانحراف معياري (0.063)،كما أظهرت النتائج أن متطلبات الخاصة بالبيئة التعليمية مهمة بمتوسط حسابي عام (2.62) ، وانحراف معياري (0.049) ، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضاً أن المتطلبات الخاصة بتصميم بمقرر الإلكتروني مهمة بمتوسط حسابي عام (2.54)، وانحراف معياري (0.02)، وفي ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة، وخرجت الباحثة ببعض التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.
The current research aims needed specification the requirements be available her in member the beautiful teaching; For electronic application the education, and specification of the requirements relative to the environmentalist instructional; To electronic utilizing the education in comprehensive, and specification of the requirements relative to design decided; To electronic utilizing the education and the descriptive researcher the method used for suitable subject of the searching, where the education was formed beautiful sample from (43) member teaching in college/the qubah, in reality (30) of males, and (13) females from comprehensive age chosen and that after application of questionnaire for specification of requirements the electronic education, just as the statistical researcher the ways medium computational used, the normative deviation, the centennial ratios, treated of the connection, and The results showed that all requirements used the electronic education in comprehensive task in medium general (2.55) arithmetician and normative deviation (0.063), just as the results showed that relative to requirements the environment the education is important in medium general arithmetician (2.62) and normative deviation (0.049), just as the results showed also that the electronic requirements relative to design in reporter is task in medium general (2.54) arithmetician and normative deviation (0.02) adequate theoretical light the frame and the previous studies, and the researcher in some recommendations and the researches came out the proposed.
