يهدف البحث الراهن إلى الكشف عن أثر برنامج إرشادي توعوي على معلومات عينة البحث عن (الإعاقة والمعاقين وخصائصهم)، وقضايا ومشكلات ذوى الإعاقة، وأثر قضايا ومشكلات ذوي الاعاقة عليهم وعلى أسرهم، وما هي طبيعة الفروق بين عينة البحث من حيث السن والتخصص، واعتمد البحث على المنهج التجريبي، حيث قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقاييس البحث الذي يتضمن عدد من المحاور الرئيسة وهي؛، أولا: محور المعلومات التي لديه عن الاعاقة (البصرية - العقلية - السمعية - التوحد - الجسدية والصحية)، وخصائصهم ثانيا: محور القضايا التي يعاني منها المعاقين وتتضمن قضايا ومشكلات (الدمج-التسمية والتصنيفات-القوانين والتشريعات- الاتجاهات- زواج المعاقين)، ثالثا محور: أثر هذه القضايا على خصائصهم وعلى أسرهم، وتضمنت العينة الرئيسة للبحث الراهن من (ن= 15) طالبة منهم عدد (٧٥) طالبة بالمرحلة الثانوية المقيدات بالمدرسة الرابعة الثانوية للبنات وعدد (٧٥) طالبة من طالبات جامعة تبوك بالمملكة العربية السعودية في الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 2018/2019. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المحاور الرئيسة لمقياس البحث في القياس القبلي والبعدي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات عينة البحث في الاختبار القبلي ومتوسط درجات الاختبار البعدي لمقاييس البحث لصالح الاختبار البعدي على جميع محاور المقياس فيما عدا مشكلة زواج المعاقين ضمن محور قضايا ومشكلات المعاقين، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات عينة البحث في التخصصات الأدبية ومتوسط درجات التخصصات العلمية بين على مقاييس البحث في الاختبار البعدي لصالح التخصصات العلمية على جميع المحاور الرئيسة لمقياس البحث فيما عدا قضية زواج المعاقين ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات عينة البحث في التخصصات الأدبية ومتوسط درجات التخصصات العلمية لصالح التخصصات العلمية باستثناء قضية زواج المعاقين. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات عينة البحث من الطالبات الجامعيات ومتوسط درجات طالبات المرحلة الثانوية على مقاييس البحث في الاختبار البعدي لصالح عينة البحث من الطالبات الجامعيات على المحاور الرئيسة لمقياس البحث باستثناء قضية زواج المعاقين ضمن محور قضايا ومشكلات المعاقين.
The current research aims at revealing the impact of an educational program on the information of the sample of the research on (disability and disabled persons and their characteristics, issues and problems of people with disabilities, and the impact of issues and problems of people with disabilities on them and their families) and what is the nature of the differences between the research sample in terms of age and specialization. On the experimental approach, where the researcher prepared the standards of research, which includes a number of main axes, namely: First: the axis of information that he has on disability (visual - mental - audit - autism - physical and health), and their characteristics, Issues and problems include (integration) The main sample of the current research consisted of (n = 150) students, of which 75 were students in the secondary school enrolled in the fourth secondary school for girls, and 75 (number of students) ) Student for the preparatory year of students of the University of Tabuk in Saudi Arabia in the first semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The results indicated that there is a statistically significant relationship between the main axes of the research scale in the tribal and infrastructural measurement, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean of the sample of the research in the tribal test and the average of the tests of the dimension of the research criteria for the test of the dimension on all axes of the scale, The focus of the issues and problems of the disabled, and the existence of differences of statistical significance between the average grades of the research sample in the literary disciplines and the average degrees of scientific disciplines between the standards of research in the post-test for the benefit of scientific disciplines on all the main axes of the research scale Except for the disabled marriage issue and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average research sample in literary disciplines and the average degree of scientific disciplines for the benefit of scientific disciplines except for the disabled marriage issue degrees of differences. And the existence of differences of statistical significance between the average score of the sample of female university students and the average grades of secondary school students on the criteria of research in the remote test for the benefit of the sample of female university students on the main axes of the research scale except the issue of marriage of disabled persons within the axis of issues and problems of the disabled.
