|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم نموذج بنائي يفسر العلاقات السببية بين كل من الذكاء الوجداني والتنظيم الذاتي المعرفي والفاعلية الذاتية لاتخاذ القرار المهني والمنظور المستقبلي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا، واختبار مدى التطابق بين النموذج المفترض وبيانات عينة من طلاب الدراسات العليا. والتعرف على العلاقة بين متغيرات البحث، وكذلك التعرف على الفروق بين الطلاب في كل من الذكاء الوجداني والتنظيم الذاتي المعرفي والفاعلية الذاتية لاتخاذ القرار المهني والمنظور المستقبلي. وذلك لدى عينة قوامها (500) طالب وطالبة (63.2 % إناث) من طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة الفيوم. وباستخدام اختبار الذكاء الوجداني واختبار المنظور المستقبلي، واختبار التنظيم الذاتي المعرفي، ومقياس الفاعلية الذاتية لاتخاذ القرار المهني من إعداد الباحثة، وباستخدام أسلوب تحليل المسار Path analysis ومعامل الارتباط بيرسون واختبار (ت) للعينات المستقلة. توصلت الباحثة إلى نتائج مؤداها وجود نموذج بنائي يوضح التأثيرات المباشرة وغير المباشرة القائمة بين متغيرات البحث لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا. ووجود مصفوفة ارتباطية دالة إحصائية موجبة بين كل من الذكاء الوجداني والتنظيم الذاتي المعرفي والفاعلية الذاتية لاتخاذ القرار المهني والمنظور المستقبلي وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين طلاب وطالبات الدراسات العليا في كل من الذكاء الوجداني والتنظيم الذاتي المعرفي والفاعلية الذاتية لاتخاذ القرار المهني والمنظور المستقبلي، وقد تم تفسير النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري للبحث.

|b The current research aimed at exploring structural model explains the causal relationship between each of the Emotional Intelligence, Self Cognitive Regulation, Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy and Futuristic Perspective of Post Graduated Students and test the concordance between the form and the sample data from graduate students. In addition, the research aimed at identifying the differences between students in Emotional Intelligence, Self Cognitive Regulation, Career Decision Making Self- Efficacy and Futuristic Perspective. It aimed at knowing the correlation between all of the Emotional Intelligence, Futuristic Perspective, Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy and Self Cognitive Regulation. The Researcher prepared and administered Emotional Intelligence scale. Futuristic Perspective scale. Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy and Self Cognitive Regulation scale. The participants consisted of (500) students (63.2% females) of post graduated students at the faculty of education, Fayoum University. The researcher employed, many statistical techniques such as Path Analysis, Independent samples T- test, Pearson correlation coefficient. The Research results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between means of scores, of males and females in all of the Emotional intelligence, Futuristic Perspective, Career Decision Making Self- Efficacy and Self Cognitive Regulation, there are statistically significant correlation between all of the Emotional Intelligence, Futuristic Perspective, Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy and Self Cognitive Regulation, there are structural model shows the direct and indirect effects between the Research variables of the participants.. The results were interpreted in the light of the theoretical framework of the research.
