Besides, the other chapters form the practical part of this theoretical one. Therefore, it contains three Western theories dealing with the subject of argumentation. These theories involve the New Theory of Rhetoric or Oration Theory: the concept of argumentation by Perelman, Argumentation in Language: the concept of argumentation by Decro and Toulman's The Pragmatic Structure of Argumentation. Concerning the last theory comes in the first section of Chapter Two. In addition, this chapter includes three Arabic theories which had inspired their basics from their Western equivalents and then complemented their theorizations in the field of argumentation. These theories include the Theory of Argumentation in the Rhetorical Lesson: the concept of argumentation according to Muhammed Al-Omery, the Theory of Argumentation in the Linguistic Lesson due to Abo Baker Al-Azzawi, the Theory of Argumentation in the Philosophical Lesson: the concept of argumentation due to Taha Abdullwahab. Then, Chapter Two involves two sections. The first deals with surveying literature about Touliman's theory of argumentation whereas the second section represents the practical part of this theory via analyzing some representative texts taken from the book of 'Khatab Almerhala' by Sheikh Muhammed Al-Yaccobi. These texts represent a sample of pragmatic structures in their different and various components and elements. Then, Chapter Three contains the mechanisms of rhetoric argumentation in the book in question since it includes only those more frequently used mechanisms in this book. The analysis of the data under scrutiny reveals six prominent ones such as 'simile, metaphor, metonymy, quotation, explanation and overstatement'. These mechanisms stand for rhetorical argumentative ones performing the argumentative role. Their main role is to convince audience to accept the author's book's arguments. Finally, Chapter Four includes the mechanisms of pragmatic argumentation in the book above. It contains three mechanisms: the first is 'the argumentative conjunctions' which includes three types including: the first is 'contrast argumentative conjunctions' such لكن، بلbut', the second is 'explanatory argumentative conjunctions' such as لان، لام التعليل(because)', the third is 'complementary argumentative conjunctions' such asحتى even/till, الواو and. These conjunctions are considered the more ones in the book in question and thus these are characterized as the more prominent mechanisms of the author's intent to manage his audience to accept his arguments. The second mechanism is 'the argumentative factors' including 'إنما، إلا except'. Then, the third mechanism is 'the argumentative scales' which graduates arguments raging from the stronger to the weaker to achieve the ultimate goals of persuading the audience. Finally, the study has come with some important conclusions in addition to the lists of references.
